Introduction

This Promotion is held by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (Company No. 27910-A) (“Celcom”). This Promotion shall be read together with the general terms and conditions relevant to the Customer in respect of this Promotion as published at https:// www.celcom.com.my/legal/terms-and-conditions.

 

Eligibility

  1. This Promotion shall be applicable to all Celcom’s new and existing postpaid Customer only on the following plan(s) (“Customer”):

Promotion Mechanics

The Promotion shall always be read together with the terms and conditions of Celcom Passport, which the Customer subscribed to. In the event of inconsistency between this Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of Celcom Passport, in which the Customer subscribed to, the former shall prevail.

  1. Roam Like Home
    1. The Roam Like Home offering is applicable for Data ONLY.
    2. The Offering shall be applicable to the Customer provided that:
      1. The Customer is on eligible mobile plans mentioned above.
      2. The Customer subscribed to any of Celcom Passport™ plans below:
        • 1-Day Internet Pass
        • 3-Day 3-in-1 Pass
        • 7-Day 3-in-1 Pass
        • 10-Day 3-in-1 Pass
      3. The Customer shall be responsible to activate Celcom Passport™ (“Subscription”) via:
        • Celcom Life App; or
        • USSD Subscription via *118#.
      4. The Customer can subscribe to the Subscription while the Customer is still in Malaysia or abroad and the subscription will start on the day of the Subscription.
        • The Customer shall be charged at the prevailing rate of the respective eligible Celcom Passport™ Subscription upon subscribing to the package; the Customer shall receive the respective allocation of international Calls, SMS, and Internet access, where applicable.
      5. Upon complete utilization of the allotted international Internet access, the weekday domestic Internet data from the postpaid plans shall be utilized, subject to availability.
      6. The Customer will enjoy international Internet access until the complete utilization of weekday domestic Internet data, after which international Internet access will be throttled.
      7. The Promotion will expire in accordance with the validity of the respective eligible Celcom Passport™ Subscription.
      8. The Promotion will not be automatically renewed. The Customer needs to re-purchase eligible Celcom Passport™ Subscription to enjoy the service upon expiry of the Subscription.
    3. Internet Roaming Allocation
      1. The Customer is subject to the roaming data allocation of their respective eligible Celcom Passport™ Subscription. The roaming usage will be drawn from the allocated allocation; and
      2. The weekday Malaysian Internet data or Malaysian Internet data shall be utilized once the roaming data allocation has reached 100% utilization: and
      3. The Internet speed will be at reduced speed of 64kpbs once weekday Malaysian Internet data or Malaysian Internet data has reached 100% utilization.
      4. Upon full utilization of Internet quota, Customer may purchase additional Malaysian Internet Add-on for international Internet access.
      5. Maximum Malaysian Internet quota allocation allowed while roaming is only 100GB. After fully utilization of 100GB, roaming data usage will be blocked. If Customer wishes to continue with data browsing, Customer may purchase available Subscription via available channels.
      6. This is not applicable for Video Walla™.
      7. For avoidance of doubt, Internet Add-On for international Internet access is not available for Customer who does not have active eligible Celcom Passport™ Subscription.
      8. The Customer may purchase more than one Internet Quota Add-On during the validity of eligible Celcom Passport™ Subscription.
  2. Free Roaming
    1. The Free Roaming promotion is only applicable for Celcom MEGA™ 188 and Platinum Plus plans.
    2. The Free Roaming promotion is applicable for Voice, SMS, and Internet services.
    3. Eligible Customer will be given the privilege automatically. No subscription of Celcom Passport™ is needed.
    4. Internet Roaming Allocation
      1. Any data usage while abroad will be deducted from domestic data quota allocation per bill cycle with no additional charges; and
      2. The weekday Malaysian Internet data or Malaysian Internet data shall be utilized once the roaming data allocation has reached 100% utilization: and
      3. The Internet speed will be at a reduced speed of 64kpbs once weekday Malaysian Internet data or Malaysian Internet data has reached 100% utilization.
      4. Upon full utilization of Internet quota, Customer may purchase additional Malaysian data Add-on for international Internet access.
      5. Maximum Malaysian Internet quota allocation allowed while roaming is only 100GB. After fully utilization of 100GB, roaming data usage will be blocked. If customer wish to continue with data browsing, customer may purchase additional Subscription via available channels.
      6. For clarity purposes, this is not applicable for Video Walla™.
    5. Free Roaming voice calls and SMS Allocation
      1. Free roaming voice calls and SMS covers the following: -
        • Calls back to Malaysia via direct dial (Mobile & Fixed Line)
        • Calls within roaming countries via direct dial (Mobile & Fixed Line)
        • Receiving calls (Mobile & Fixed Line)
        • Outgoing SMS & Incoming SMS from any number
      2. The Free Roaming voice calls shall be capped at 500 minutes per day. Any additional usage shall be charged according to Pay-Per-Use.
      3. The FREE Roaming SMS will also be capped at 500 SMS per day. In the event that Customer sends additional SMS, it shall be charged at standard rate according to the Operator’s charge.
      4. The following actions shall remain to be charged based on PPU:
        • Calls to any international numbers while roaming
        • SMS to any international numbers while roaming
        • Voicemails call back & voicemail calls
      5. Pay-Per Use charges is subject to each of the countries rates.
  3. Any balance of unutilized Malaysian Internet quota will remain for domestic data usage.
  4. In any circumstances when the Preferred Operators have no coverage and the Customer’s device steer to the non-preferred network, Internet usage will be blocked, while Voice & SMS will be charged as pay-per-use (whichever applicable).
  5. The terms and conditions of Internet usage for both Celcom and the Operators shall apply.
  6. Celcom reserves the right to terminate the Promotion without giving any prior notice to the Customers.
  7. Celcom does not guarantee the speed or coverage availability during roaming.

 

Celcom Passport: 1-Day Internet Pass

Introduction

This Promotion is held by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (Company No. 27910-A) (“Celcom”). This Promotion shall be read together with the general terms and conditions relevant to the Customer in respect of this Promotion as published at https://www.celcom.com.my/legal/terms-and-conditions.

 

Eligibility

This Promotion shall be applicable to all new and existing Celcom postpaid customers (“Customers”).

 

Promotion Mechanics

  1. Customers get to enjoy data quota in 1-Day Internet Pass subject to each of visiting country data quota allocation.
  2. This Promotion allows the Customers to use the Internet while roaming outside of Malaysia subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. 1-Day Pass will be automatically activated upon the Customer switching on data roaming option on their device and connecting to preferred networks while roaming outside of Malaysia.
  4. Customers will have access to the Internet once Customers are connected to the preferred network operator.
  5. Customers shall be charged RM38 per day (“Charge”) upon using Internet services at selected countries through preferred network operators. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer who fails to connect to the preferred networks will not get access to the Internet and 1-Day Internet Pass will not be activated. Customers may view the list of countries, preferred network operators and available Internet quota here.
  6. Activation of the 1-Day Internet Pass allows Customers to enjoy high-speed Internet quota. Upon full utilization of the high-speed Internet quota for the day, Internet usage will be at a reduced speed of 64kpbs (except for countries with 10MB internet quota). For the avoidance of doubt, the high-speed Internet quota will be different from one country to another.
  7. For countries with 10MB internet quota, upon full utilization of the high-speed Internet quota, Internet usage will be blocked. If customers wish to continue with internet usage, customers may resubscribe to the 1-Day Internet Pass.
  8. Upon full utilization of the existing Internet quota, Customers may purchase Internet Quota Add-On by dialing *118#. Internet Quota Add-On allows Customers to enjoy additional Internet quota. Purchase of Internet Quota Add-On is subject to the following terms and conditions;
    1. Customer may purchase an additional Internet quota of 100MB for RM10.
    2. For the avoidance of doubt, Internet Quota Add-On is not available for Customers who did not activate the 1-Day Internet Pass. Internet Quota Add-On is not a standalone promotion.
    3. Any balance of unutilized Internet quota will not be carried forward and to be forfeited by end of day upon auto-renewal of the 1-Day Internet Pass.
    4. Customers may purchase more than one Internet Quota Add-On in one day. For clarity purposes, Internet Quota Add-On is only available in selected countries. 
  9. This 1-Day Internet Pass shall be auto-renewed if the Customer continues to switch on Data Roaming on the device after 24 hours from the time of activation. Customers may avoid the auto-renewal and/or the Charge by turning off their Data Roaming.
  10. The terms and conditions of Internet usage for both Celcom and the preferred network operators shall apply.
  11. Celcom reserves the right to terminate the Promotion without giving any prior notice to the Customers.
  12. Celcom does not guarantee the speed or coverage availability during roaming.

 

Celcom Passport™ 3-Day 3-in-1 Pass

Introduction

This Promotion is held by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (Company No. 197601002188 (27910-A) (“Celcom”). By participating in the Promotion, the Customer (as herein defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which shall form an integral part and to be read together with terms and conditions of the Fair Usage Policy and/or Customers Registration Form (“CRF”) and/or terms and conditions of the respective mobile/content service(s) offered and relevant to the Customers in respect of this Promotion.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and/or terms and conditions of the Fair Usage Policy and/or terms and conditions of the CRF and/or terms and conditions of the respective mobile/content service(s), such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order (i) these Terms and Conditions (ii) terms and conditions of the Fair Usage Policy and/or the CRF and/or the respective mobile/content service(s).

 

Eligibility

  1. This Promotion shall be applicable to all new and existing Celcom’s postpaid customer only (“Customer”).
  2. This Promotion is not available to the Customer if the Customer is latched to non-preferred Operators.

Promotion Mechanics

  1. The Customer shall activate the roaming services by following the applicable standard procedures (“Subscription”): USSD Subscription;

  2. The Customer can subscribe to the Subscription while the Customer is in Malaysia or abroad. The Subscription will start upon a successful Subscription.

Internet Roaming Allocation

  1. For Internet Roaming Allocation under the Subscription:
    1. The Customer is subjected to 1.5GB Internet Roaming data allocation (“Internet Roaming”). The roaming usage will be drawn from the allocated allocation.
    2. The Internet service will be throttled once it has reached 100% usage.
    3. Peer to Peer (“P2P”), Voice over Internet Protocol (“VOIP”) and video calls on Facebook, WeChat and WhatsApp shall be charged according to the Customer’s Internet Roaming.

 

Celcom Passport™: 7-Day 3-In-1 Pass

Introduction

This Promotion is held by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (Company No. 197601002188 (27910-A) (“Celcom”). By participating in the Promotion, the Customers (as herein defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which shall form an integral part and is to be read together with terms and conditions of the Fair Usage Policy and/or Customers Registration Form (“CRF”) and/or terms and conditions of the respective mobile/content service(s) offered and relevant to the Customers in respect of this Promotion.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and/or terms and conditions of the Fair Usage Policy and/or terms and conditions of the CRF and/or terms and conditions of the respective mobile/content service(s), such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these Terms and Conditions (ii) terms and conditions of the Fair Usage Policy and/or the CRF and/or the respective mobile/content service(s).

    2. RM58 with 1GB Internet Quota
  3. Purchase of Internet Quota Add-On is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Customer may purchase 500MB at RM38 or 1GB at RM58 for additional Internet quota.
    2. For avoidance of doubt, Internet Quota Add-On is not available for Customer who does not have an active 7-Day 3-in-1 Pass. Internet Quota Add-On is not a standalone promotion.
    3. Any balance of utilized Internet quota will not be carried forward and to be forfeited by end of the 7th Day.
    4. Internet Quota Add-On will expire on the 7th Day of 7-Day 3-in-1 Pass at 11.59pm (Malaysian Time).
    5. Customer may purchase more than one Internet Quota Add-On during the 7 Days validity.

 

Celcom Passport™: 10-Day 3-In-1 Pass

The terms and conditions of Internet usage for both Celcom and the Operators shall apply.

    1. Customers are subjected to 5GB Internet roaming data allocation. The roaming usage will be drawn from the allocated allocation.
    2. The Internet service will be throttled once it has reached 100% usage.
  2. Upon full utilization of existing Internet quota, customer may purchase Internet Quota Add-On by dialing *118#. Internet Quota Add-On allows customers to enjoy additional Internet quota as shown by available options below:
    1. RM38 with 500MB Internet Quota; or
    2. RM58 with 1GB Internet Quota
  3. Purchase of Internet Quota Add-On is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Customer may purchase 500MB at RM38 or 1GB at RM58 for additional Internet quota.
    2. For avoidance of doubt, Internet Quota Add-On is not available for Customer who does not have an active 10-Day 3-in-1 Pass. Internet Quota Add-On is not a standalone promotion.
    3. Any balance of utilized Internet quota will not be carried forward and to be forfeited by end of 10th Day expiry.
    4. Internet Quota Add-On will expire on the 10th Day of 10-Day 3-in-1 Pass at 11.59pm (Malaysian Time).
    5. Customer may purchase more than one Internet Quota Add-On during the 10 Days validity.
