    Yes, customers should be getting 5G services automatically as long as they are within the 5G coverage area. If there is no 5G icon, customers may follow the steps below:

    • Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (Auto-Connect)
       
  6. Will customers be notified if they are within a 5G coverage area?

    No. However, a 5G icon in the status bar located at the top right corner of their phone will be visible.

    A 5G icon in the status bar located at the top right corner of their phone will be visible.

  9. If customers are not provisioned with 5G services currently, can they request the service?

    A 5G icon in the status bar located at the top right corner of their phone will be visible.

    • Has a 5G device
    • Uses USIM card
       
  10. What to do if customers don’t receive 5G services even after activation?
    • Please ensure you have received the 5G SMS notification
    • Please ensure your phone is a 5G device (android)
    • Please ensure you are within a 5G coverage area
    • Please perform the following steps:
      • Step 1: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect), and then
      • Step 2: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect)
    • If problems persist, please contact our Careline at 1111 for further assistance.
       
  11. Can customers use phone hotspot alongside 5G services?

    Yes, you can use phone hotspot while being on 5G if your current plans allows the usage of hotspot. However, 5G speed is subject to WiFi capabilities on giving and receiving devices/hardware.

  12. Will 5G consume customers' data faster than 4G?

    It depends on the customer’s usage and also the content that they are browsing on the Internet. For example, if they choose to stream a video via Youtube, Netflix, iQiyi, etc at a higher resolution for better viewing, this will consume more data as the content files are larger. With this, they will consume data faster.

  13. Can customers test 5G services at Celcom bluecubes if they have a 5G compatible device and live outside Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, or Cyberjaya?

    Currently, customers will only be able to enjoy 5G services within 5G coverage areas. Customers are unable to experience 5G services outside 5G coverage areas.

  14. When will 5G be rolled out nationwide?

    It is planned to reach approximately 40% coverage in populated areas by the end of 2022 and subsequently will be extended nationwide to cover other urban, rural areas and industrial parks with a target of approximately 80% coverage in populated areas by 2024.     No, there is no contract for this Campaign.

  22. How will customers be informed if they have been provisioned with 5G services?

    Customers who have been provisioned with 5G services will receive an SMS notification. Below are the SMSs which will be sent to customers based on the eligibility of 5G services:

  23. Will customers be charged for using 5G services?

    No, customers will not be charged for using 5G services during the Campaign Period. We advise customers to subscribe to eligible plans and ensure they are using a 5G compatible device with USIM within 5G coverage areas.

  24. If customers are currently on MEGA™ Lightning plans, what happens if they switch to MEGA™ Unlimited plans?

    Free Promotional 5G Access will be removed if they switched to MEGA™ Unlimited plans. To enjoy 5G service, we advise customers to subscribe to eligible plans and ensure they are using a 5G compatible device with USIM within 5G coverage areas.

  25. What will happen if customers sign up for a device contract during the Campaign?

    Customers will continue to enjoy 5G services as long as they subscribe to eligible plans and ensure they are using a 5G compatible device with USIM within 5G coverage areas.

  26. Will customer’s family line enjoy 5G services?

    Yes, customers and their family lines will continue to enjoy 5G services as long as they subscribe to eligible plans and ensure they are using a 5G compatible device with USIM within 5G coverage areas.

  27. What do customers need to do if they were provisioned with 5G services but want to disable it?

    They may choose 4G(VoLTE) settings on their phone and disconnect from 5G.

  28. What will happen if customers terminate their lines during the promotional period?

    Upon termination, they will be charged for their respective plan on a pro-rated basis, together with any outstanding bill amount. The benefits for the Campaign will be dropped/terminated as well upon the termination of the line.

  29. If customers reconnect their line with the same eligible plan for 5G, are they entitled to free promotional 5G access?

    They will continue to enjoy 5G services as long as they are still subscribed to eligible plans. We advise to please ensure you are using a 5G compatible device with USIM within 5G coverage areas.

5G Roaming

  1. Can customers use the 5G service while roaming abroad?

    If they can access 5G services in Malaysia, they are eligible to use the 5G service abroad too. All Celcom Roaming Passes are supported by 5G Roaming. Please subscribe to any of the passes to enjoy and ensure customer roaming is with Celcom 5G preferred network operators with selected 5G endorsed devices.

  2. Which network operators support 5G Roaming?

    5G roaming service is available in more than 10 countries now! You may find out more at https://www.celcom.com.my/personal/roaming/postpaid. More countries will be added soon so do stay tuned!

USIM & Device

  1. What is USIM?

    It is the latest SIM that supports both 4G and 5G once services have been activated.

  2. Would customers need to change their existing SIM to enjoy 5G services?

    If they currently have a USIM, no change is required. Otherwise, please perform a change at any Celcom bluecube outlet.

  3. How do customers change their SIM card to USIM?

    Please walk into the nearest Celcom bluecube to upgrade to USIM for free (only if the customer’s LOS is more than 1 year).

  4. If a customer has an existing 3G/4G device, does the customer need to change to a new 5G device in order to enjoy 5G services?

    Yes, customers need to upgrade to compatible 5G devices to enjoy 5G services.

  8. How come iPhone 12 and 13 phones are not able to connect to 5G though customers are on Mega Lighting RM128?

    We do not have any information to share at this moment regarding 5G support for iPhone 12, 13, and 14 models, but we will let you know as soon as there is more information.

  9. Does the current eSIM support 5G services?

    Yes, the current eSIM supports 5G services.

Terms and Conditions for Celcom Postpaid 5G Launch Campaign (“Campaign”)

Introduction

This Campaign is held by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (Company No. 27910-A) (“Celcom”). By participating in this Campaign, Customers (as defined below) hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with the general Terms and Conditions relevant to the Customers in respect of this Campaign as published at https://www.celcom.com.my/legal/terms-and-conditions and https://www.celcom.com.my/legal/terms-and-conditions/personal respectively.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and CRF and/or Terms and Conditions of the respective mobile/content service(s), such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these Terms and Conditions (ii) Terms and Conditions of CRF and/or the respective mobile/content service(s).

Customers hereby agree and acknowledge that Celcom reserves the rights to process Customer’s personal data (as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010) in accordance with Celcom’s Privacy Notice made available on Celcom’s website and as amended from time to time.

Duration of Campaign

This Campaign shall continue to be available until further notice issued by Celcom (“Campaign Period”). Any extension or discontinuation thereof shall be subject to the sole discretion of Celcom.

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all new and existing active eligible Celcom’s postpaid plan ("Plan") subscribers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer(s)"). For clarity, active line means Customers will be able to make and return calls.

  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to the Customers of Celcom’s postpaid plans as follows:

  3. Customers will receive an SMS notification once their Plan is activated with 5G services.
     
  4. 5G services will utilise High-speed Base Internet and Add-On Internet allocated under the plan.
     
  5. 5G services are not applicable for Unlimited Internet allocated under the plan.
     
  6. For Change of Bill Plan (COBP), Internet utilisation will follow the manner stated in Clauses 4 and 5.
     
  7. This Campaign is not applicable to MEGA™ Unlimited plans. Offerings under Clause 2 will be dropped if customer switched from eligible plans to MEGA™ Unlimited plans during Campaign Period.
     
  8. Customers can disable 5G services via mobile network settings of their smartphone and these steps may vary depending on the model of smartphone.
     
  9. In the event where Customers have already activated 5G services, Customers may enjoy 5G Roaming automatically in the areas supported by 5G roaming network operator.
     
  10. Customers may need to subscribe to Celcom Roaming pass to enjoy 5G services. All roaming passes are supported by 5G.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Celcom reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign without prior notice to Customers herein stated and Customers shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the Terms and Conditions herein and any amendments thereof.
     
  2. Celcom’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
     
  3. Celcom shall not be liable for any claim by Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
     
  4. Celcom disclaims any liability for loss or damage to property, any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Campaign. 
     
  5. Customers acknowledge and agree that Celcom reserves the rights to disqualify any participation if Customers are in breach of its obligations or any Terms and Conditions of this Campaign. Notwithstanding the above, Celcom reserves the right to reject any participation or Customers at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever.
     
  6. Celcom does not take any responsibility in the event Customers are prevented from participating in the Campaign, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure which include but are not limited to regulatory and/or government directive, act of God etc.
     
  7. All photographs, personal information and names submitted, service marks, trade names and trademarks are the property of Celcom.
     
  8. Except as expressly mentioned herein, Celcom shall not be responsible for any expenses and cost including out-of-pocket expenses related to or as a consequence of participating in this Campaign.
     
  9. In the event any of the provision in these Terms and Conditions are invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
     
  10. No delay or indulgence by Celcom in enforcing any Terms or Conditions herein shall constitute waiver by Celcom of Customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.
     
  11. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Malaysia. In case of a dispute, the courts of Malaysia will have exclusive jurisdiction.

What does it mean by Unlimited Calls to all Networks?

What are the differences between UNLIMITED Plan and Lightning Plan?

Unlimited plan is recommended for a customer who needs super-high internet usage and wants to be worry-free, be it a video-fanatic, gaming-freak, social-butterfly, full-time blogger, or even music lover! Whereas Lightning plan is recommended for a customer who needs just enough Internet for his/her monthly consumption with LIGHTNING mobile Internet speed. The customer may use these plans for any Internet usage on his/her mobile device within the quota as offered by respective plans.

What happens if I fully utilise the FREE hotspot quota?

Once you’ve fully utilised the FREE hotspot quota, the hotspot service will be renewed in the next billing cycle. To continue enjoying hotspot experience, you’ll need to purchase an ‘Internet Add-On’ via Celcom Life App.

 

What is going to happen if I change my plan from Unlimited 98 to Unlimited 128 before I completely utilise the Hotspot add on quota?

Any unutilised Hotspot add on quota will be forfeited upon change of plan.

 

Change of Plans

Can I change my existing Celcom Postpaid plan to MEGA™ plan?

Yes. However, should you still be bound to any existing contract obligations, you will have to pay off the relevant penalty before you can change to this plan, subject to the prevailing contract’s T&C.

If you’re currently enjoying any special freebies or rebates such as the current promotion of FREE Video Walla, these freebies or rebates will be removed immediately and will not be carried over to the MEGA™ plan after the plan is changed.

 

What happens if I change my current Celcom Mobile Postpaid plan to MEGA™ plan?

The monthly commitment fee of your current Celcom Mobile Postpaid plan and the new MEGA™ plan will be pro-rated.

 

Can I, as an existing prepaid customer upgrade to MEGA™ plan? Will my credit balance and Internet be carried over?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime as long as you’ve been a Prepaid customer for more than 30 days. Any remaining credit will be transferred to your new postpaid plan whereas any unused Internet will be forfeited.

 

Can I use my credit balance to cover my advance payment for MEGA™ plan?

No, you can’t. Full advance payment is required during registration.

What is the offering for supplementary plan?

Internet Sharing

Can I share my monthly Internet between the principal and supplementary lines?

For Corporate Individual, yes you can share your Internet quota between principal and supplementary lines.

For Corporate Official, you can share your Internet quota between principal and supplementary lines.

Data sharing is only available on Lightning plans and/or Lightning Supplementary Line. Internet sharing is not applicable for Unlimited plans and/or Unlimited Supplementary line.

 

How can I share my monthly Internet between the principal and supplementary lines?

You can share your Internet quota by subscribing to INTERNETshare™ add-on at RM5 per month through Celcom Life App or Business Portal. For Corporate Official registration, you will already enjoy COMPLIMENTARY data sharing when your company subscribes to 4 or more lines.

 

If I have 3 Supplementary Lines, how many times do I need to subscribe to INTERNETshare™ Add-On?

Regardless of the number of Supplementary Line activated, you only need to subscribe ONCE to INTERNETshare™ Add-On to share your Internet quota.

 

If I have 2 Lightning Supplementary Line and 1 Unlimited Supplementary Line can I still subscribe to INTERNETshare™ Add-On?

Yes, as long as the principal plan is on Lightning plan.

 

Is INTERNETshare™ Add-On a one-time subscription or a recurring service?

INTERNETshare™ Add-On is an auto-recurring service. If you want to stop the service, you may log on to Celcom Life App or Business Portal to unsubscribe.

 

What will happen after I unsubscribe the INTERNETshare™ Add-On?

You may continue to share your Internet quota with your Supplementary Lines till the end of the billing cycle and the termination will take immediate effect upon commencement of the next billing cycle.

 

What are the other roles/features that are available to the Principal (Admin)?

For Corporate Individual registration, the Principle (Admin) can control the sharing of Internet for each Supplementary Line with Allocated Sharing via Celcom Life App and Purchase additional features, VAS, Add On, etc. for sharing and/or Supplementary Line.

For Corporate Official, PIC of company has the ability to allocate Internet quota across all the lines.

 

Will I be able to change the sharing feature?

Yes. Only the Principal (Admin) is allowed to change the sharing feature to either Group Sharing or Allocated Sharing via Celcom Life App or Business Portal.

 

What is Group Sharing?

Group Sharing enables everyone to enjoy Internet from the same Internet quota.

 

How does Group Sharing work?

Upon the activation of your INTERNETshare™, you will be on the Group Sharing feature by default, where your monthly Internet and each of your Family Line’s™ internet quota will be rolled up for Group Sharing. Any available Internet balance can be shared communally, on a first come, first served basis.

 

How much Internet can I share with my lines?

You can share any available Internet balance within your lines.

 

What happens if I do not fully utilise my Group Sharing Internet quota?

Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited upon commencement of the next billing cycle.

 

Can my Supplementary line purchase an Add-On or subscribe to VAS?

For Corporate Individual, by default Supplementary Line is not allowed to make any purchases. However, the principal may choose to Grant Buying Privileges to the Family Line™ where the individual is given the freedom to purchase any Add On or subscribe to any VAS via Celcom Life App.

For Corporate Official, child line can purchase Add On via the following methods:

  • Self Paid – Add On purchase in Celcom Life App made by the child line has to be paid first via Payment Gateway (Credit/Debit Card, Online FPX, Boost)
  • Credit to Bill – Add On purchase by PIC via Business Portal.

 

How will the Supplementary Line/s that are not granted with buying privileges be able to enjoy additional Internet or subscribe to VAS?

For Corporate Individual, principal line (Admin) can purchase on their behalf or approve the purchase request from your Supplementary Line lines via Celcom Life App.

For Corporate Official, you can either make the purchase and pay yourself via Celcom Life App or get your PIC to purchase on behalf via Business Portal.

 

If I purchase an Add-On or subscribe to VAS on behalf of my Supplementary Line, will it be deducted from my credit limit?

No. Any purchases made on their behalf will be deducted from each of your Supplementary Line’s own credit limit.

 

If I purchase Internet Add-On, can I share the internet quota with my Supplementary Line?

No, it is not sharable with your Supplementary Line. Only principle (admin) can enjoy the Internet Add-On.

 

What happens if I do not fully utilise my Internet Add-On?

Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited upon commencement of the next billing cycle.

 

Can I use Internet quota while roaming?

No. The Internet quota is applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia). Internet usage while roaming will be chargeable on top of monthly commitment at roaming charges.

 

Can I control the sharing of Internet into a specific amount of quota for each of my Supplementary Lines?

Yes, you can control the sharing of Internet for each of your Supplementary Lines™ with Allocated Sharing via Celcom Life App or Business Portal.

 

How does Allocated Sharing work?

You can easily switch to the Allocated Sharing feature where you can allocate your monthly Internet quota to yourself and your Supplementary Line/s via Celcom Life App or Business Portal.

 

How much can I allocate to myself or Supplementary Line?

You can allocate your quota accordingly as long as there is remaining quota in your account or line.

 

What happens if I do not fully utilise the Allocated Sharing Internet quota?

Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited upon commencement of the next billing cycle.

 

What happens if I am on Allocated Sharing but didn’t allocate any Internet to myself and my Supplementary Lines?

Once you switched to Allocated Sharing feature, you and your Supplementary Lines will be allocated with minimum 500MB each by default. Once the 500MB finishes without any further allocation, you and your Supplementary Line will still be able to browse at a throttled mode, at speeds of 64kbps.

 

I have allocated Internet quota to my Supplementary Lines, can I allocate more or reduce the Internet quota?

Yes, you can. Allocation or deallocation can be performed via Celcom Life App or Business Portal. However, if the allocation has already been fully utilised, you will not be able to re-allocate or reduce the quota allocation.

 

Can a Supplementary Line adjust the group’s Internet allocation?

No, only the principal (Admin) is allowed to perform allocation or re-allocation.

Termination

What happens if I terminate my plan?

The monthly commitment fee of MEGA™ plan will be pro-rated and pass will be charged full upon termination on top of your outstanding bill amount. If you have any active contract, the penalty clause/s will be applied accordingly.

This MEGA™ plan (“Plan”) is offered under the Service made available by Celcom to you and is subject to the general terms and conditions of Celcom’s postpaid plans (“General Terms and Conditions”) and the specific terms and conditions for MEGA™ plan (“Specific Terms and Conditions”). Please acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these terms and conditions. Your use of the Service, upon activation, constitutes unconditional acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time. You must ensure that any person you allow to use the Service complies with these terms and conditions and Celcom’s Privacy Notice as stated on https://www.celcom.com.my/legal/privacy-matters.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version (if any) of this Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

1) Definitions

For the purpose of this Specific Terms and Conditions, all capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the General Terms and Conditions. All other terms not defined herein shall have the meaning as may generally be accepted within the industry based on the context used herein.

 

2) Availability and Eligibility

  1. This Plan is made available for subscription from 20th August 2021 and shall continue to be available until further notice is issued by Celcom. Any extension or discontinuation of this Plan shall be at the sole discretion of Celcom.
  2. This Plan shall be applicable to all new and existing Celcom’s customers (hereinafter referred as “Customers” or “You”).
  3. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Celcom reserves the right at its sole discretion to include any other customers who Celcom deems fit for this Plan.
  4. You will continue to enjoy this Plan as long as this Plan remains active and on offer by Celcom.
  5. Celcom reserves the right to make any alteration or changes to the Plan or any part thereof, or suspend the Plan or any part thereof with or without prior notice and Celcom shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience to you resulting therefrom.
  6. You may register for the Plan via Blue Cube or dealers or online application. Each registration must be applied with valid NRIC or Business Registration Number (BRN) and the eligibility of their credit status via CTOS.

 

3) Deposit

  1. Celcom may request for advance payment for registration of the Service (which may include without limitation a refundable deposit (“Deposit”)).
  2. Celcom reserves the right to utilise the Deposit to offset any amount due from you to Celcom including but not limited to any outstanding charges under any of your Accounts.
  3. Subject to Clause 3.2 above, any balance Deposit will be returned to you within four (4) months from the date of the termination of the Agreement subject to the deduction of any amount claimed brought by Celcom in the event of your breach of any of the clause of the Agreement.

 

4) Change of Rate Plan Service (“CORP”)

  1. You may request for CORP from your existing postpaid Service plan to any other Celcom Mobile Postpaid Plans (“New Plan”) subject to Celcom’s sole discretion.
  2. Upon successful CORP, your existing Mobile Number shall be maintained
  3. Any and all your supplementary lines subscribed under your existing postpaid Service plan shall be subject to the CORP and shall be transferred to the New Plan.
  4. In the event that your CORP is registered before your billing cycle, your monthly commitment fee of existing postpaid Service plan shall be pro-rated from the date of the registration of the CORP.

 

5) Supplementary Users

  1. Any supplementary lines under this Plan shall enjoy the Supplementary Plan feature under Clause 6.2 below.

  • Upon full utilisation of the Internet Quota, Internet usage will be throttled to 64 kbps.

  • The Unlimited Calls apply to all networks and for domestic usage only (i.e. within Malaysian networks) excluding video calls, calls to toll-free numbers or numbers with special charges (i.e. 1-300/1-800/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, IDD calls to Singapore & IDD/border calls to Brunei).

  • This Plan is for standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/or non-personal usage. Non-standard usage includes but not limited to non-multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity Celcom considered to be non-standard usage.

  • You are able to check your unutilized data, remaining validity period and e-billing through Celcom Life App or Business Portal.

  • Each principal Plan can subscribe up to a maximum of three (3) Supplementary Line(s) per account. For clarity purposes, the Unlimited Supplementary Line is only applicable to Mega™ Lightning/Unlimited 98 onwards.

 

7) Internet Service Package

  1. The Internet Service shall commence on the Activation date of the Plan and shall continue to be effective until the termination of the Plan.
  2. Your Internet Service package shall refer to the package in Clause 6.1 and 6.2 above.
  3. Upon full utilisation of the Internet Quota, you will receive an SMS notification reminder from Celcom.
  4. Internet usage of Unlimited Plan(s) and Unlimited Supplementary Line are subject to Fair Usage Policy, to ensure fairness of usage and experience to all the Celcom’s subscribers. More info here
  5. Tethering / hotspot is capped at different quota depending on the plan subscribed as mentioned above in Clause 6.1 & 6.2 per bill cycle for Unlimited plan only. For clarity purposes, this shall only be applicable for Mega™ Unlimited 98, Mega™ Unlimited 128, Mega™ Unlimited 158 & Unlimited Supplementary Line.
  6. Once tethering hit allowable quota within the bill cycle, tethering will be blocked till the next quota renew in the next billing cycle.
  7. Upon your use of the Service shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy which is posted here. Celcom reserves the right to manage your allocated bandwidth including but not limited to reducing your surf speed, suspend or terminate your bandwidth to the internet service in accordance with Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy.

9) Roaming

  4. The Customer with Mega™ Lightning 80, Mega™ Lightning 98 is subject to the roaming data allocation of their respective eligible Celcom Passport™ Subscription. The roaming usage will be drawn from the allocated allocation.
  5. The Customer with Unlimited Plan roaming speed experience is subject to same speed experience as the domestic plan with maximum capping of data allocation.
  6. The domestic Internet quota shall be utilised once the roaming data allocation has reached 100% utilisation.
  7. The Customer with Mega™ Lightning or Unlimited 128 is subject to FREE Roaming subscription with domestic Internet quota upon any data usage in the following 6 countries below.

  9. The Customer with Mega™ Lightning 188 is subject to FREE Roaming subscription with domestic Internet quota upon any data usage and Unlimited calls & SMS in selected 23 countries in Clause 10.8 above.
  10. The Internet service will be throttled once domestic Internet quota has reached 100% utilisation.
  11. Maximum domestic Internet quota allocation allowed for roaming is 100GB.
  12. All standard International roaming rates applies to the Customer with MEGA™ plans.

10) General

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, this Specific Terms and Conditions shall always be read together with the General Terms and Conditions as published here. In the event of inconsistency between this Specific Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the former shall prevail.
