Yes, you may sign up more than 1 device bundle to enjoy more rebates. 1 device bundle is entitled for 1 rebate offer. Subject to maximum of five (5) device bundles per NRIC as per standard device bundle terms and conditions.
When will the rebate offer be reflected in my bill?
The rebate will be reflected in your bill from the second month onwards.
Will I be bound by contract after taking up this offer?
Yes, you will be bound by a 24-month contract period upon subscription.
Will there be any penalty if I terminate my line during the rebate period?
Yes. You will be charged a pro-rated amount upon termination for all lines on top of your outstanding bill amount. If you have any active contract, the penalty clause will apply accordingly.
In what situation will my rebate be forfeited?
The remaining rebates shall be forfeited in the event that the customer performs any of the following actions:
i. Downgrade of the Plan; or
ii. Terminates the Plan or
iii. Fails to keep an active Celcom line; or
iv. Gets account blacklisted; or
v. Subscribe to Non-Enterprise Device Bundle EasyPhone™ Plan
What will happen to my rebate when I change my rate plan during the rebate period?
i. If you upgrade your plan, monthly rebate will be carried forward until the end of the rebate period.
ii. If you downgrade your plan during the rebate period, the remaining monthly rebate will be forfeited.

Duration of Promotion
The Promotion shall commence from 21st June 2022 until 21st July 2022 (“Promotion Period”). Any extension or discontinuation thereof shall be subject to the sole discretion of Celcom.
Eligibility
1. This Promotion shall be applicable to:
a) Resident of Malaysia;
b) aged 18 years old and above; and
c) maintain an active Celcom line throughout the Promotion Period. For clarity, active means Customer will be able to make and return calls.
2. This Promotion is applicable to customers in the following categories:
a) New Registration
b) Existing customers without contract who performed change of bill plan
(hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
3. This Promotion is only applicable for subscription and/or purchase (“Subscription”) at Celcom Celcom Business Online Shop at: https://business.celcom.com.my/ for Celcom MEGA™ Business plan Offer (as hereinafter defined) (“Celcom Enterprise Online Shop”).
4. For the avoidance of doubt, the Campaign shall not be applicable to the following persons:
a) Celcom’s employees (“Employee”) and their immediate family members;
b) representatives, employees and/or agents of Celcom’s dealers and distributors; and
c) blacklisted customers of Celcom or any other telecommunication service providers.
For clarity purposes, immediate family members shall be their spouse(s), siblings, parents and children.
Promotion Mechanics
1. In order to participate in this Promotion, Customers need to carry out the following steps and/or activations:-
Step 1: Log on to https://business.celcom.com.my/ for Celcom MEGA™ for Business plan Offer.
Step 2: Select preferred Celcom MEGA™ device bundle plan (“Plan”) and subscribe online (“Subscription”).
Step 3: Enjoy the new plan and get rebated on the following month’s bill!
2. Customers Subscription will allow them to enjoy the following offering (“Offer”): The First 200 customers who subscribe to Celcom Mega Device Bundle plan below can enjoy RM180 rebate (RM30 x 6 months).
a) Celcom Mega Lightning 98/128/158/188 device bundle plan
b) Celcom Mega Unlimited 98/128/158 device bundle plan
The Rebate will be reflected in the Customer’s following months’ bill (“Rebate Period”) upon successful Subscription.
3. Customers may check the Rebate status in the e-bill via Celcom Life app at any time.
4. In the event the Customer upgrades from Celcom MEGA Lightning 98 to higher value plan during their rebate period, the remaining Rebate shall be carried forward to the new plan.
5. The Rebate shall be forfeited in the event Customer perform the following action:
a) Downsize the Plan; or
b) Failure to keep an active Celcom line; or
c) Subscribe to Non-Enterprise Device Bundle EasyPhone™ Plan; or
d) Account is blacklisted; or
e) Terminate the plan
