8. What does it mean by Unlimited Calls to all Networks?

The Unlimited Calls apply to all networks and for domestic usage only (i.e. within Malaysian networks) excluding video calls, calls to toll-free numbers or numbers with special charges.

You can use your Unlimited M Pass for any Internet usage on your mobile device.

10. What are the differences between Unlimited M Pass, and Lightning M pass?

Unlimited M pass is recommended for a customer who needs super-high Internet usage and wants to be worry-free, be it a video-fanatic, gaming-freak, social-butterfly, full-time blogger, or even music lover!

Whereas Lightning M pass is recommended for a customer who needs just enough Internet for his/her monthly consumption with lightning mobile Internet speed. The customer may use these passes for any Internet usage on his/her mobile device within the quota as offered by the respective passes.

 

11. Are the Unlimited M passes and, Lightning M passes offered under PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan a one-time subscription or a recurring service?

Yes, these passes are auto-recurring services. If you want to stop any of these passes, you may log on to Celcom Life App and unsubscribe the service.

 

12. What happens if I fully utilise my monthly Internet allocation within the billing cycle?

You can still enjoy Internet access at 64kpbs up to 15GB. To continue enjoying Internet service at a faster speed, you can purchase Internet Add On via Celcom Life App.

 

13. What happens if I do not fully utilise my monthly Internet allocation?

Any unutilised Internet allocation will be forfeited upon your new billing cycle month.

 

14. Am I eligible for VoLTE?

All PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGATM for Business customers who are using iPhone 6s above and VoLTE certified Android devices are eligible for VoLTE subscription.

 

15. I am an existing PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business customer, will I get to enjoy the new upgraded offering on the plan?

Yes, all existing customers on PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan including Pakej Pahlawan MEGA Family Line™ for Business plan will be automatically upgraded to the new offering on your next bill cycle without any additional charge. You’ll receive a SMS notification on the bill cycle date once your plan is successfully upgraded.

 

16. How do I get to verify whether my existing PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan is already being upgraded?

You may log in to Celcom Life App to verify the new offering once you receive the SMS notification about the free upgrade on your next bill cycle.

 

17. Who is eligible to apply for Special Number?

You may need to contact your Account Manager for your request. Upon registration, you may request for one Special Number. T&C applies.

 

18. Will I be able to change my pass anytime if I register PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan with Special Number?

Yes, termination in less than 24 months will incur a penalty of RM2,400.

 

19. What’s the FREE Monthly Hotspot offered under Unlimited M Pass?

Upon subscribing to Unlimited M Pass, you’ll get to enjoy FREE 10GB hotspot quota every month, respectively.

 

20. What happens if I fully utilise the FREE hotspot quota?

Once you have fully utilised the FREE hotspot, the hotspot service will be renewed in the next bill cycle. To continue to enjoy the hotspot experience, you can purchase Hotspot Add-On via Celcom Life App.

 

21. Will I get to enjoy FREE Monthly Hotspot immediately if I changed my pass from Lightning M pass to Unlimited L pass?

Yes, you’ll be allocated with the Unlimited Internet quota with the FREE hotspot quota. However, if you still have internet balance from Lightning M pass, the hotspot quota will be deducted from your previous quota until it is fully utilised.

 

22. Upon registration, if I've activated PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan only, can I size up to Unlimited L Plus, Unlimited M Plus & Unlimited M Pass or Lightning XL, Lightning L Plus, Lightning M Plus & Lightning M pass thereafter?

Yes, you may choose to activate PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan with any passes upon registration or you may add on the passes seamlessly via Celcom Life App after your PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan is activated. Subject to approval.

 

23. Upon registration, if I’ve activated PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan with Lightning M pass, can I change my pass to Unlimited L pass?

Yes, you have the absolute freedom to change your pass from M pass to Unlimited L pass, vice versa, at your convenience via Celcom Life App. Subject to approval.

 

24. Will I be allocated with the full Internet quota if I subscribe or change my pass in the middle of my bill cycle?

Yes, you’ll be allocated with the full Internet quota with the full monthly fee upon subscribing or changing your pass regardless of your bill cycle.

Scenario (only for IKB) - Customer on PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan with M Pass with bill cycle on every 3rd of the month

  • Customer performed change of pass from Lightning M to Lightning L pass on 15th Feb
  • Customer will be allocated with 40GB from Lightning L Pass on top of any balance from Lightning M Pass
  • RM68 will be charged on top of the current PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan with M Pass:

25. How many times can I change my pass?

You’re allowed to change your pass once per bill cycle. T&C applies for customers with active device contract.

 

26. How can I subscribe or change my pass?

You may subscribe or change your pass anytime, anywhere via Celcom Life App. Alternatively, you may do so from any of the available channels below:

27. Can I change my existing Celcom Postpaid or Celcom Xpax Postpaid plan to PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan?

Yes. However, should you be bounded to any existing contract, you will have to pay off the relevant penalty before you change to this plan, subject to the prevailing contract’s T&C.

If you’re currently enjoying special freebies or rebates such as the current promotion of FREE Video Walla, these freebies or rebates will be removed immediately and will not be carried forward to PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan after the plan is changed.

 

28. What happens if I change my current Celcom Mobile Postpaid plan to PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan?

The monthly commitment fee of your current Celcom Mobile Postpaid plan and the new PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan will be prorated. If any pass is activated together upon activation, the pass will be charged

Your internet allocation for PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan and the pass will be full allocation for the first month, regardless of the bill cycle date.

 

29. Can I change my PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan to a Celcom Xpax Prepaid plan?

No.

 

30. Can I, as an existing prepaid customer upgrade to PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan and will my credit be carried forward?

Yes. Any remaining credit balance will be transferred to your new postpaid bill.

Yes, you can upgrade anytime as long as you’re already more than 30 days in Prepaid. Any remaining credit will be transferred to your new postpaid plan whereas any unused Internet will be forfeited.

 

31. Can I use my credit balance to cover my advance payment for PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan?

No upfront payment is required during registration for MINDEF and PDRM staff.

 

32. Do I need to pay for the advance payment if I upgrade my existing postpaid plan to PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan?

No upfront payment is required for MINDEF and PDRM staff.

 

33. What is Family Line?

Family Line™ is an exclusive supplementary plan offered to a PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan customer that gives you great value & the best 4G LTE experience for better connection for you and your loved ones. Now, you choose between the Unlimited Plan or Lightning Plan for your Family Line™ too!

 

34. What is the offering for Family Line™?

From as low as RM40 monthly per line.

 

35. How many Family Line™ (supplementary lines) can be registered under PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan (principal line)?

Each PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan may register a maximum of up to 5 numbers as supplementary lines under the Family Line™. Waived upfront payment is only eligible for up to 2 numbers only.

 

36. Can I share my monthly Internet with my supplementary lines under Family Line™?

Yes, you can share your Internet quota with your supplementary lines under Family Line™ by subscribing to INTERNETshare™ Add-On at RM5 per month. INTERNETshare™ Add-On is only applicable for PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business.

 

37. How can I subscribe to INTERNETshare™ Add-On?

You can subscribe to the feature via Celcom Life app, just select “Manage Family Line™".

 

38. If I have 3 Family Line™ lines, how many times do I need to subscribe to INTERNETshare™ Add-On?

Regardless of the number of Family Line™ lines activated, you only need to subscribe to INTERNETshare™ Add-On once in order to share your internet quota.

 

39. Is INTERNETshare™ Add-On a one-time subscription or a recurring service?

INTERNETshare™ Add-On is an auto-recurring service. If you want to stop the service, you may log on to Celcom Life App and unsubscribe the service under “Manage Family Line™”.

 

40. What will happen after I unsubscribe the INTERNETshare™ Add-On?

You may continue to share your Internet quota with your Family Line™ till the end of the bill cycle and the termination will take immediate effect from the next bill cycle onwards.

 

41. What are other roles/features that are available for the Principal (Admin)?

The Principal (Admin) is able to control the sharing of Internet for each Family Line™ with Allocated Sharing via Celcom Life App and Purchase additional features, VAS, Add On, etc. for sharing and/or Family Line™.

 

42. Will I be able to change the sharing feature via Celcom Life App?

Yes. Only the Principal (Admin) is allowed to change the sharing feature to either Group Sharing or Allocated Sharing.

 

43. What is Group Sharing?

Group Sharing enables everyone to enjoy Internet from the same Internet quota.

 

44. How does Group Sharing work?

Upon the activation of your Family Line™ lines you will be on the Group Sharing feature by default, where your monthly Internet and each of your Family Line’s™ internet quota will be rolled up for Group Sharing. Any available Internet balance can be shared communally, on a first come, first served basis.

 

45. How much Internet can I share with my Family Line™ lines?

You can share any available Internet balance with your Family Line™.

 

46. What happens if I do not fully utilise my Group Sharing Internet quota?

Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited by the end of your billing cycle.

 

47. Can my Family Line™ lines purchase Add-Ons or subscribe to VAS?

By default Family Line™ lines are not allowed to make any purchases. However, the Principal may choose to Grant Buying Privileges to the Family Line™ where the individual is given the freedom to purchase any Add-On or subscribe to any VAS via Celcom Life App.

 

48. If I purchase Internet Add-On, can I share the Internet quota with my Family Line™?

No, it is not shareable with your Family Line™. Only the Principal (Admin) can enjoy the internet Add-On.

 

49. How do I get to Grant Buying Privileges to my Family Line™?

You may Grant Buying Privileges to any Family Line™ conveniently via Celcom Life App.

 

50. How will a Family Line™ that is not granted with buying privileges get to enjoy additional Internet or subscribe to VAS?

As a Principal (Admin), you can purchase on their behalf or approve the purchase request from your Family Line™ lines via Celcom Life App.

 

51. If I purchase Add-Ons or subscribe to VAS on behalf of my Family Line™ lines, will it be deducted from my credit limit?

No. Any purchases made on their behalf will be deducted from each of your Family Line™ lines’ own credit limit.

 

52. Can I use the Internet quota while roaming?

Yes. You can still use your local Internet quota while traveling abroad within 23 selected countries with L or M Pass upon your roaming pass subscription. However, you will be charged upon your subscription to the roaming pass that you have purchased.

For XL Pass, you’ll enjoy FREE Roaming (maximum capping of 120GB local internet quota per bill cycle) within 23 selected countries. FREE Roaming allows you to use your local Internet quota for any data usage, unlimited calls & SMS.

 

53. What happens if I do not fully utilise my Internet Add-Ons?

Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited by the end of your billing cycle.

 

54. Can I control the sharing of Internet into a specific amount of quota for each of my Family Line™ lines?

Yes, you can control the sharing of Internet for each of your Family Line™ lines with Allocated Sharing via Celcom Life App.

 

55. How does Allocated Sharing work?

You can easily switch to the Allocated Sharing feature where you can allocate your monthly Internet quota to yourself and your Family Line™ lines via Celcom Life App.

 

56. How much can I allocate to myself or Family Line™ lines?

You can allocate in ±1GB blocks.

 

57. What happens if I do not fully utilise the Allocated Sharing Internet quota?

Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited by the end of your billing cycle.

 

58. What happens if I am on Allocated Sharing but didn’t allocate any Internet to my Family Line™ lines?

Once you switched to the Allocated Sharing feature, you and your Family Line™ lines will be allocated with minimum 500MB each by default. Once the 500MB finishes without any further allocation, you and your Family Line™ lines will still be able to browse at a throttled mode, at the speed of 64kbps.

 

59. I have allocated Internet quota to my Family Line™ lines, can I allocate more or deallocate the Internet quota?

Yes, you can. Allocation or deallocation can be performed via Celcom Life App. However, if the allocation has already been fully utilised, you will not be able to deallocate.

 

60. Can a Family Line™ adjust the group’s Internet allocation?

No, only the Principal (Admin) is allowed to perform allocation or deallocation.

 

61. Will there be any notification for each Internet quota allocation?

Yes. Both Principal and Family Line™ lines will be notified upon each additional quota.

 

62. What is the new feature of Trade In unused Internet quota all about?

This is a new feature exclusively for PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan customers with Lightning M Pass, where you can Trade In your unused Internet quota for cashback in Boost e-Wallet! You’ll get RM5 cashback with a Trade In of 10GB unused Internet quota.

 

63. Who is eligible to enjoy the exclusive offer of Trade In internet with Boost credit?

Customers who subscribe to PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business Lightning M Pass including individual and family plan/passes will be eligible to enjoy this exclusive offer.

 

64. How do I Trade In my unused Internet quota?

As long as you are on PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan with Lightning M Pass, you may Trade In unused Internet quota for cashback in your Boost e-wallet via Celcom Life App. You must have a minimum of 500MB balance of Internet after the Trade In to avoid your Internet being throttled immediately.

For first-time users, you must have a registered Boost e-wallet and link it with Celcom Life App before you can Trade In.

 

65. Is Trade In Internet a permanent feature once I activate the PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan with Lightning M Pass?

The Trade In Internet feature is a limited time offer, it is not a permanent feature for PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business plan. This feature shall be made available at Celcom’s discretion.

 

66. If I have Family Line™ lines with INTERNETshare™ Add-On, can I Trade In my unused Internet quota too?

Yes, the Principal/Admin may Trade In the group’s unused Internet quota via Celcom Life App too. However, please ensure that you’re on Group Sharing mode before you perform the Trade In. Trade In unused Internet quota is not applicable for Unlimited Family line.

 

67. What will happen if I am on Allocated Sharing mode, can I still Trade In the unused Internet quota?

You just need to switch from Allocated Sharing to Group Sharing mode via Celcom Life App and perform the Trade In thereafter.

 

68. Can I enjoy the Trade In feature if I am on PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business with Unlimited M Pass?

PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ for Business Unlimited M Pass are exclusively crafted for high usage customers who need a lot of Internet and thus, the Trade In unused Internet feature is not applicable.

 

69. How many times can I Trade In my Internet?

You’re allowed to Trade In your unused Internet once per bill cycle.

 

70. If I have unused Internet quota more than 20GB, can I Trade In for RM20?

Your use of the Service, upon activation, constitutes unconditional acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time. 1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Specific Terms and Conditions, all capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the General Terms and Conditions. All other terms not defined herein shall have the meaning as may generally be accepted within the industry based on the context used herein.

 

2. Availability and Eligibility

2.1 This Plan has been made available for subscription from 31st July 2021 and shall continue to be available until further notice issued by Celcom. Any extension or discontinuation of this Plan shall be at the sole discretion of Celcom.

2.2 This Plan shall be applicable to all new and existing Celcom customers (hereinafter referred as “Customers” or “You”).

2.3 Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Celcom reserves the right at its sole discretion to include any other customers who Celcom deems fit for this Plan.

2.4 You will continue to enjoy this Plan as long as this Plan remains active and on offer by Celcom.

2.5 Celcom reserves the right to make any alteration or changes to the Plan or any part thereof, or suspend the Plan or any part thereof with or without prior notice and Celcom shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience to you resulting therefrom.

2.6 You may register for the Plan via Celcom bluecube or dealers or online application. Each registration must be applied with valid NRIC and the eligibility of their credit status via CTOS. For clarity purposes, each NRIC can register up to fifteen (15) numbers under postpaid plans.

 

3. Deposit

3.1 Celcom may request for advance payment for registration of the Service (which may include without limitation a refundable deposit (“Deposit”)).

3.2 Celcom reserves the right to utilise the Deposit to offset any amount due from You to Celcom including but not limited to any outstanding charges under any of your Accounts.

3.3 Subject to Clause 3.2 above, any balance Deposit will be returned to you within four (4) months from the date of the termination of the Agreement subject to the deduction of any amount claimed brought by Celcom in the event of your breach of any of the clause of the Agreement.

 

4. Change of Rate Plan Service (“CORP”)

4.1 You may request for CORP from your existing postpaid Service plan to any other Celcom Mobile Postpaid Plans (“New Plan”) subject to Celcom’s sole discretion.

4.2 Upon successful CORP, your existing Mobile Number shall be maintained.

4.3 Any and all your supplementary lines subscribed under your existing postpaid Service plan shall be subject to the CORP and shall be transferred to the New Plan.

4.4 In the event that your CORP is registered before your billing cycle, your monthly commitment fee of existing postpaid Service plan shall be prorated from the date of the registration of the CORP.

 

5. Supplementary Users

5.1 Any supplementary lines under this Plan shall be registered under the Family™ Line and your Supplementary Users shall enjoy the Family™ Line subject to its terms and conditions.

  • Any VAS and/or OTT Mobile Content purchases e.g. Video Walla, Add On, Content (CMT/Games/Apps), IDD, roaming, Airtime Share etc. are not included in the usage commitment policy and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective VAS and/or OTT Mobile Content.
  • Upon full utilisation of the Internet Quota, Internet usage will be throttled to 64kpbs.

6.4 Special Number:

  • You have the option to enjoy one (1) Special Number of a predetermined pattern subject to availability;
  • Should you opt for CORP to a lesser value PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ Plan, MNP or terminate upon opting for this Special Number, you will be charged with a RM500 fee (“Processing Fee”); and
  • Should you opt for CORP to a higher value PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ Plan, the Processing Fee will be carried forward and tied to the new plan.
  • Should you opt for CORP to a lesser value PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ Plan, MNP or terminate your plan upon opting for this Special Number for more than 24 months, the processing fee will be waived.

 

7. Internet Service Package

7.1 The Internet Service shall commence on the Activation date of the Plan and shall continue to be effective until the termination of the Plan.

7.2 Your Internet Service package shall refer to the package in Clause 6.1 above.

7.3 By subscribing to this PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ Plan, you shall get 40 GB Internet per billing cycle as shown below:

7.4 Upon full utilisation of the Internet Quota, you will receive an SMS notification reminder from Celcom.

7.5 If you size up your PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ Plan with Unlimited M pass or Unlimited L pass, you shall enjoy Unlimited HD video streaming and more or Unlimited Full HD video streaming and more, respectively.

7.6 Internet usage of Unlimited M pass are subject to Fair Usage Policy, to ensure fairness of usage and experience for all Celcom subscribers. More info on (hyperlink to Fair Usage Policy).

7.7 Tethering / hotspot is capped at different quotas depending on the base and passes as mentioned above in Clause 6.1 per bill cycle for Unlimited pass/plan only. This shall only be applicable for Unlimited M pass.

7.8 Once tethering has hit the allowable quota within the bill cycle, tethering will be blocked till the next quota renew in the next bill cycle.

7.9 Upon your use of the Service, it shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy which is posted on https://www.celcom.com.my/legal/fair-usage-policy . Celcom reserves the right to manage your allocated bandwidth including but not limited to reducing your surf speed, suspend or terminate your bandwidth to the internet service in accordance with Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy.

 

8. Ultra Hour Pass™

8.1 Customers may subscribe to any of the following Ultra Hour Pass™ for Internet Add-On:

8.3 Upon each successful Subscription to the Ultra Hour Pass™, The Customer shall receive SMS notification from Celcom notifying the Customer of the successful subscription under their respective Ultra Hour Pass™

8.4 The usage of Ultra Hour Pass™ services shall be subject to its terms and conditions.

 

9. Trade In Internet

9.1 The Trade In internet is a collaboration with Boost and only applicable for customers who subscribe to PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ + Lightning M Pass.

9.2 Trade In unused Internet is not applicable to PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ + Unlimited M Pass.

9.3 Customers can only Trade In after linking their Boost wallet via Celcom Life App.

9.4 Each10GB of unused Internet to get cashback worth RM5 from Boost e-wallet.

9.5 Each plan is Limited to 1 (one) time Trade In per bill cycle. The plan must be active upon performing the Trade In.

9.6 In order to avoid immediate throttling after the Trade In transaction, Customer must have a minimum balance of 10.5GB unused Internet for the Trade In. A minimum balance of 500MB is required after the Trade In transaction.

9.7 Trade In is not applicable for Internet Add-On, any bonus or free internet quota.

9.8 The Trade In Internet feature is only available for a limited time only and shall be made available at Celcom’s discretion.

9.9 Celcom reserves the right to make any alteration or changes to this feature or withdraw the feature or any part thereof, or suspend the feature or any part thereof without prior notice and Celcom shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience to the Customers resulting therefrom.

11. Roaming

11.1 All roaming pass subscriptions will follow standard roaming business rules. Tethering will follow as per current flows for roaming and domestic.

11.2 When the Customer travels to 12 countries, they will enjoy the Roam Like Home feature. However, each plan will be capped based on its bill cycle and will be refreshed upon the new bill cycle. Below is the list of eligible roaming passes for Roam Like Home:

11.3 The usage of Add-On services shall be subject to its terms and conditions.

11.4 The Customer with Lightning M pass is subject to the roaming data allocation of their respective eligible Celcom Passport™ Subscription. The roaming usage will be drawn from the allocated allocation; and

11.5 The Customer with Unlimited M pass roaming speed experience is subject to the same speed experience as the domestic plan with maximum capping of data allocation; and

11.6 The domestic Internet quota shall be utilised once the roaming data allocation has reached 100% utilisation;

11.7 The Internet service will be throttled once domestic Internet quota has reached 100% utilisation.

11.8 Maximum domestic Internet quota allocation allowed for roaming is 100GB.

11.9 All standard international roaming rates apply to the Customer with PAKEJ PAHLAWAN MEGA™ plans.

3.3 Subject to Clause 3.2 above, any balance Deposit will be returned to you within four (4) months from the date of the termination of the Agreement subject to the deduction of any amount claimed brought by Celcom in the event of your breach of any of the clause of the Agreement.

 

4. Change of Rate Plan Service (“CORP”)

4.1 You may request for CORP from your existing postpaid Service plan to any other Celcom Mobile Postpaid Plans (“New Plan”) subject to Celcom’s sole discretion.

4.2 Upon successful CORP, your existing Mobile Number shall be maintained.

4.3 Any and all your supplementary lines subscribed under your existing postpaid Service plan shall be subject to the CORP and shall be transferred to the New Plan.

4.4 In the event that your CORP is registered before your billing cycle, your monthly commitment fee of existing postpaid Service plan shall be prorated from the date of the registration of the CORP.

5.4 Important Notes:

  • Effective from 1 September 2018, SST will be 6% until further notice.
  • Rates are charged 30sec per block for Voice/Video Call.
  • Any VAS and/or OTT Mobile Content purchases e.g. Video Walla, Add-On, Content (CMT / Games / Apps), IDD, roaming Usage, Airtime Share etc. are not included in the usage commitment policy and are subject to the terms and conditions of respective VAS and/or OTT Mobile Content.
  • Upon full utilisation of Internet Quota, Internet usage will be throttled to 64kpbs and capped at 15GB.
  • The Unlimited Calls apply to all networks and for domestic usage only (i.e. within Malaysia network) excluding video calls, calls to toll-free numbers or numbers with special charges (i.e. 1-300/1-800/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, IDD calls to Singapore & IDD/border calls to Brunei).
  • Standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/or non-personal usage.
  • Non multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuous call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity Celcom considers to be non-standard usage.

 

6. Internet Service Package

6.1 The Internet Service shall commence on the Activation date of the Plan and shall continue to be effective until the termination of the Plan.

6.2 Your Internet Service package shall refer to the package in paragraph 6.1 above.

6.3 By subscribing to this Plan, you shall get 30GB of monthly Internet Quota per billing cycle. In the event you do not fully utilise the Internet Quota, the balance Internet Quota shall be forfeited and shall not be carried forward to the next billing cycle.

6.4 Internet Service Usage Behaviour (a) In order of priority, your Internet usage will be deducted from:

6.5 In the event of any FREE internet quota giveaway by Celcom, the FREE internet quota will be consumed first before any deduction from the plan’s level.

6.6 Upon full utilisation of Total Internet Quota, Internet Add On and/or any other Internet allocations shall render your internet speed to be throttled to 64kbps. However, principal may purchase Internet Add-On Family to continue enjoying high-speed internet according to the following charges:

6.7 Any unused internet quota will be forfeited at the end of each bill cycle, peer-to-peer download will be on a basic speed of 64kbps.

6.8 All usage by the supplementary lines and charges will be under your Celcom Mobile principal bill.

6.8.1 Only principal or the supplementary line granted with purchasing right is allowed to purchase VAS or Internet Add On. While, supplementary line with no purchasing right may request for purchase of VAS or Internet Add-On from the principal. Any purchase of or request for Internet Add-On can be done via Celcom Life App.

 

7. General

7.1 For the avoidance of doubt, these Specific Terms and Conditions shall always be read together with the General Terms and Conditions as published at https://www.celcom.com.my/legal/terms-and-conditions. In the event of inconsistency between these Specific Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the former shall prevail.
