What are the differences between Unlimited L, Unlimited M pass and Lightning XL, Lightning L & Lightning M pass? 
Unlimited L and Unlimited M pass is recommended for a customer who needs super-high internet usage and wants to be worry-free, be it a video-fanatic, gaming-freak, social-butterfly, full-time blogger, or even music lover!
Whereas Lightning XL, Lightning L and Lightning M pass is recommended for a customer who needs just enough Internet for his/her monthly consumption with lightning mobile Internet speed. The customer may use these passes for any Internet usage on his/her mobile device within the quota as offered by respective passes.

Are the Unlimited L, Unlimited M, Lightning XL, Lightning L & Lightning M passes offered under MEGA™ for Business plan a one-time subscription or a recurring service?
Yes, these passes are auto-recurring services. If you want to stop any of these passes, you may log on to Celcom Life App and unsubscribe the service.

What happens if I fully utilize my monthly Internet allocation within the billing cycle?
You can still enjoy Internet access at 64kpbs up to 15GB. To continue enjoying Internet service at a faster speed, you can purchase Internet Add On via Celcom Life App.

What happens if I do not fully utilize my monthly Internet allocation?
Any unutilized Internet allocation will be forfeited upon your new billing cycle month.



Mobile Hotspot

What’s FREE Monthly Hotspot offered under Unlimited L Pass & Unlimited M Pass?

Upon subscribing to Unlimited L Pass or Unlimited M Pass, you’ll get to enjoy FREE 10GB or 5GB hotspot quota every month, respectively.

What happens if I fully utilize the FREE hotspot quota?
The hotspot service will be disabled till the next quota renewal in the next bill cycle.


Change of Passes

Upon registration, if I've activated MEGA™ for Business plan only, can I size up to Unlimited M or Unlimited M pass or Lightning XL, Lightning L or Lightning M Internet pass thereafter?

Yes, you may choose to activate MEGA™ for Business plan with any passes upon registration or you may add on the passes seamlessly via Celcom Life App after your MEGA™ for Business plan is activated.

Upon registration, if I’ve activated MEGA™ for Business plan with Lightning M pass, can I change my pass to Unlimited L pass?
Yes, you have the absolute freedom to change your pass from Lightning M pass to Unlimited L pass, vice versa, at your convenience via Celcom Life App.

Will I be allocated with the full Internet quota if I subscribe or change my pass in the middle of my bill cycle?
Yes, you’ll be allocated with the full Internet quota with the full monthly fee upon subscribing or changing your pass regardless of your bill cycle.

How many times can I change my pass?
You’re allowed to change your pass once per bill cycle. T&C applies for customers with active device contract.

How can I subscribe or change my pass?
You may subscribe or change your pass anytime, anywhere via Celcom Life App. Alternatively, you may do so from any of the available channels below:

Change of Rate Plan (Legacy Plan)
Can I change my existing Celcom Postpaid or Celcom Xpax Postpaid plan to MEGA™ for Business plan?
Yes. However, should you be bounded to any existing contract, you will have to pay off the relevant penalty before you change to this plan, subject to the prevailing contract’s T&C.

If you’re currently enjoying special freebies or rebates such as the current promotion of FREE Video Walla, these freebies or rebates will be removed immediately and will not be carried forward to MEGA™ for Business plan after the plan is changed.

What happens if I change my current Celcom Mobile Postpaid plan to MEGA™ for Business plan?
The monthly commitment fee of your current Celcom Mobile Postpaid plan and the new MEGA™ for Business plan will be pro-rated. If any pass is activated together upon activation, the pass will be charged full. Your internet allocation for MEGA™ for Business plan and the pass will be full allocation for the first month, regardless of the bill cycle date.

Can I change my MEGA™ for Business plan to a Celcom Xpax Prepaid plan?
No.

Can I, as an existing prepaid customer upgrade to MEGA™ for Business plan and will my credit be carried forward?
Yes. Any remaining credit balance will be transferred to your new postpaid bill.

Can I use my credit balance to cover my advance payment for MEGA™ for Business plan?
No, you can’t. Full advance payment is required during registration.

Do I need to pay for the advance payment if I upgrade my existing postpaid plan to MEGA™ for Business plan?
Advance payment will be waived?for existing line or account (including supplementary lines) of 6 months LOS and above.

Family Line™ Plan

What is Family Line™?

Family Line™ is an exclusive supplementary plan offered to a MEGA™ for Business plan customer that gives you great value & the best 4G LTE experience for better connection for you and your loved ones.

What is the offering for Family Line™?
From as low as RM40 monthly per line, you’ll get to enjoy 15GB Internet & Unlimited calls to all networks.

How many Family Line™ (supplementary lines) can be registered under MEGA™ for Business plan (principal line)?
Each MEGA™ for Business plan may register a maximum of up to 3 numbers as supplementary lines under the Family Line™.

Can I share my monthly Internet with my Family Line™?
Yes, you can share your Internet quota with your Family Line™ by subscribing to INTERNETshare™ Add-On at RM5 per month. INTERNETshare™ Add-On is only applicable for MEGA™ for Business Lightning XL, MEGA™ for Business Lightning L, MEGA™ for Business Lightning M & MEGA™ for Business plans customers.

How can I subscribe to INTERNETshare™ Add-On?
You can subscribe to the feature via Celcom Life App, just select “Manage Family Line™”.

If I have 3 Family Line™, how many times do I need to subscribe to INTERNETshare™ Add-On?
Regardless of the number of Family Line™ activated, you only need to subscribe to INTERNETshare™ Add-On once in order to share your Internet quota.

Is INTERNETshare™ Add-On a one-time subscription or a recurring service?
INTERNETshare™ Add-On is an auto-recurring service. If you want to stop the service, you may log on to Celcom Life App and unsubscribe the service under Manage Family Line™.

What will happen after I unsubscribe the INTERNETshare™ Add-On?
You may continue to share your Internet quota with your Family Line™ till the end of the bill cycle and the termination will take immediate effect on the next bill cycle onwards.

If I am on MEGA™ for Business plan with Unlimited L Pass with Family Line™, can I subscribe to INTERNETshare™ Add-On?
No. INTERNETshare™ Add-On is only applicable for MEGA™ for Business Lightning XL, MEGA™ for Business Lightning L, MEGA™ for Business Lightning M & MEGA™ for Business plans customers.

What are other roles/features that are available for the Principal (Admin)?
The Principle (Admin) is able to Control the sharing of Internet for each Family Line™ with Allocated Sharing via Celcom Life App and Purchase additional features, VAS, Add On, etc. for sharing and/or Family Line™.

Will I be able to change the sharing feature via Celcom Life App?
Yes. Only the Principal (Admin) is allowed to change the sharing feature to either Group Sharing or Allocated Sharing.

What is Group Sharing?
Group Sharing enables everyone to enjoy Internet from the same Internet quota.

How does Group Sharing work?
Upon the activation of your INTERNETshare™ add on, you will be on the Group Sharing feature by default, where your monthly Internet and each of your Family Line’s™ internet quota will be rolled up for Group Sharing. Any available Internet balance can be shared communally, on a first come, first served basis.

How much Internet can I share with my Family Lines™?
You can share any available Internet balance with your Family Line™.

What happens if I do not fully utilise my Group Sharing Internet quota?
Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited by the end of your billing cycle.

Can my Family lines™ purchase Add On or subscribe to VAS?
By default Family Line™ is not allowed to make any purchases. However, the principal may choose to Grant Buying Privileges to the Family Line™ where the individual is given the freedom to purchase any Add On or subscribe to any VAS via Celcom Life App.

How do I get to Grant Buying Privileges to my Family Line™?
You may Grant Buying Privileges to any Family Line™ conveniently via Celcom Life App.

How will Family Line™ that is not granted with buying privileges get to enjoy additional Internet or subscribe to VAS?
As a principal (Admin), you can purchase on their behalf or approve the purchase request from your Family Line™ lines via Celcom Life App.

If I purchase Add On or subscribe to VAS on behalf of my Family Line™, will it be deducted from my credit limit?
No. Any purchases made on their behalf will be deducted from each of your Family Line™’s own credit limit.

If I purchase Internet Add-On, can I share the internet quota with my Family Line™?
No, it is not sharable with your Family Line™. Only principle (admin) can enjoy the internet Add-On.

What happens if I do not fully utilize my Internet Add On?
Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited by the end of your billing cycle.

Can I use the Internet quota while roaming?
No. The Internet quota is applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia). Internet usage while roaming will be chargeable on top of monthly commitment at roaming charges.

Can I control the sharing of internet into a specific amount of quota for each of my Family Lines™?
Yes, you can control the sharing of Internet for each of your Family Lines™ with Allocated Sharing via Celcom Life App.

How does Allocated Sharing work?
You can easily switch to the Allocated Sharing feature where you can allocate your monthly Internet quota to yourself and your Family Line™ via Celcom Life App.

How much can I allocate to myself or Family Line™?
You can allocate in ±1GB blocks.

What happens if I do not fully utilize the Allocated Sharing Internet quota?
Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited by the end of your billing cycle.

What happens if I am on Allocated Sharing but didn’t allocate any Internet to myself and my Family Lines™?
Once you switched to Allocated Sharing feature, you and your Family Lines™ will be allocated with minimum 500MB each by default. Once the 500MB finishes without any further allocation, you and your Family Lines™ will still be able to browse at a throttled mode, at the speed of 64kbps.

I have allocated Internet quota to my Family Lines™, can I allocate more or deallocate the Internet quota?
Yes, you can. Allocation or deallocation can be performed via Celcom Life App. However, if the allocation has already been fully utilized, you will not be able to deallocate.

Can a Family Line™ adjust the group’s Internet allocation?
No, only the principal (Admin) is allowed to perform allocation or deallocation.

Will there be any notification for each Internet quota allocation?
Yes. Both principal and Family Lines™ will be notified upon each additional quota.

Trade-In Internet

What is the new feature of Trade-In unused Internet quota all about?

This is a new feature exclusively for MEGA™ for Business plan customers with Lightning XL, Lightning L or Lightning M Pass, where you can trade-in your unused Internet quota for cashback in Boost e-Wallet! You’ll get RM5 cashback with a Trade-In of 10GB unused Internet quota.

Who is eligible to enjoy the exclusive offer of Trade-In internet with Boost credit? 
Customers who subscribe to MEGA™ for Business Lightning XL, MEGA™ for Business Lightning L and MEGA™ for Business Lightning M including individual and family plan/passes will be eligible to enjoy this exclusive offer.

How do I Trade-In my unused Internet quota?
As long as you are on MEGA™ for Business plan with Lightning XL Pass, Lightning L Pass or Lightning M Pass, you may Trade-In unused Internet quota for cashback in your Boost e-wallet via Celcom Life App. You must have a minimum of 500MB balance of Internet after the Trade-In to avoid your Internet being throttled immediately.

For first-time users, you must have a registered Boost e-wallet and link it with Celcom Life App before you can Trade-In.

Is Trade-In Internet a permanent feature once I activate the MEGA™ for Business plan with Lightning XL, Lightning L or  Lightning M Pass?
The Trade-In Internet feature is a limited time offer, it is not a permanent feature for Mega for Business plan. This feature shall be made available at Celcom’s discretion.

If I have Family Lines™ with INTERNETshare Add On, can I Trade-In my unused Internet quota too?
Yes, the Principal / Admin may Trade-In the group’s unused Internet quota via Celcom Life App too. However, please ensure that you’re on Group Sharing mode before you perform the Trade-In.

What will happen if I am on Allocated Sharing mode, can I still Trade-In the unused Internet quota?
You just need to switch from Allocated Sharing to Group Sharing mode via Celcom Life App and perform the Trade-In thereafter.

Can I enjoy the Trade-In feature if I am on MEGA™ for Business with Unlimited M Pass or MEGA™ for Business with Unlimited L Pass?
MEGA™ for Business with Unlimited L Pass or MEGA™ for Business with Unlimited M Pass are exclusively crafted for high usage customers who need a lot of Internet and thus, the Trade-In unused Internet feature is not applicable.

How many times can I Trade-In my Internet?
You’re allowed to Trade-In your unused Internet once per bill cycle.

If I have unused Internet quota more than 20GB, can I Trade-In for RM20?
No. The Trade-In is fixed at 10GB of unused Internet quota for RM5 cashback from Boost per billing cycle.

What happens if I still do not fully utilize my Internet allocation after the Trade-In?
Any balance of Internet allocation will be forfeited by the end of the bill cycle.

What is available roaming pass for MEGA™
 for Business plan?
The available roaming pass options are as per listed under the Add-On section.

Can I use my plan’s local Internet quota while roaming if I am on MEGA™ for Business plan with Lightning L or Lightning M Pass?
Yes. You can still use your local Internet quota while travelling abroad within 12 selected countries with Lightning L or Lightning M Pass upon your roaming pass subscription. However, you will be charged upon your subscription to the roaming pass that you have purchased. Below are roaming pass options available with Roam Like Home feature in selected 12 countries.

What is FREE Roaming offered under MEGA™ for Business plan with Lightning XL Pass?
You’ll enjoy FREE Roaming when you subscribe to MEGA™ for Business plan with Lightning XL Pass. FREE Roaming allows you to use your local Internet quota, unlimited calls & SMS for FREE when you're travelling abroad within 12 selected countries. However, there is maximum capping of 100GB local internet quota per bill cycle that you can use while traveling abroad.

Which are the 12 countries that are covered under the FREE Roaming?
You will be able to enjoy this feature in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.

If I am on MEGA™ for Business plan with Unlimited L or Unlimited M pass, will I get to enjoy Unlimited Roaming with Roam Like Home feature?
For Unlimited L and Unlimited M pass, you still have to subscribe to available roaming pass and can enjoy local internet quota with maximum capping of 100GB while travelling abroad within 12 selected countries. However, the roaming Internet speed experience will be the same as domestic speed experience.

What happens if I subscribe to Ultra Hour Pass™ when I have an active Ultra Pass™? Internet usages will be drawn from Ultra Hour Pass™ first until the validity ends and continue to draw from Ultra Pass™.

Can I use my active period of unlimited quota from Ultra Hour Pass™ to perform as a mobile hotspot?
During the active validity period of Ultra Hour Pass™ subscription, mobile hotspot will be disabled until the subscription expires and the Internet usage is only unlimited for smartphones.

Termination

What happens if I terminate my plan?
The monthly commitment fee of MEGA™ for Business plan will be pro-rated and pass will be charged full upon termination on top of your outstanding bill amount. If you have any active contract, the penalty clause will apply accordingly.

This MEGA™ plan (“Plan”) offered under the Service is made available by Celcom to you subject to the general terms and conditions for Celcom’s postpaid plans (“General Terms and Conditions”) and the specific terms and conditions for MEGA™ plan (“Specific Terms and Conditions”). You acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these terms and conditions. Your use of the Service, upon activation, constitutes unconditional acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time. You must ensure that any person you allow to use the Service complies with these terms and conditions and Celcom’s Privacy Notice as available here 

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version (if any) of this Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

    For the purpose of this Specific Terms and Conditions, all capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.     1. This Plan is made available for subscription from 12th February 2020 and shall continue to be available until further notice is issued by Celcom. Any extension or discontinuation of this Plan shall be at the sole discretion of Celcom.
    2. This Plan shall be applicable to all new and existing Celcom’s customers (hereinafter referred as “Customers” or “You”).
    3. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Celcom reserves the right at its sole discretion to include any other customers who Celcom deems fit for this Plan.
    4. You will continue to enjoy this Plan as long as this Plan remains active and on offer by Celcom.
    5. Celcom reserves the right to make any alteration or changes to the Plan or any part thereof, or suspend the Plan or any part thereof with or without prior notice and Celcom shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience to you resulting therefrom.
    6. You may register for the Plan via Blue Cube or dealers or online application. Each registration must be applied with valid NRIC and the eligibility of their credit status via CTOS. For clarity purposes, each NRIC can register up to three (3) numbers under this Plan.
       
  3. Deposit
    1. Celcom may request for advance payment for registration of the Service (which may 
      include without limitation a refundable deposit (“Deposit”)). 
    2. Celcom reserves the right to utilize the Deposit to offset any amount due from you to Celcom including but not limited to any outstanding charges under any of your Accounts.
    3. Subject to Clause 3.2 above, any balance Deposit will be returned to you within four (4)
      months from the date of the termination of the Agreement subject to the deduction of any amount claimed brought by Celcom in the event of your breach of any of the clause of the Agreement.
        
  4. Change of Rate Plan Service (“CORP”)
    1. You may request for CORP from your existing postpaid Service plan to any other Celcom Mobile Postpaid Plans (“New Plan”) subject to Celcom’s sole discretion.
    2. Upon successful CORP, your existing Mobile Number shall be maintained
    3. Any and all your supplementary lines subscribed under your existing postpaid Service plan shall be subject to the CORP and shall be transferred to the New Plan.
    4. In the event that your CORP is registered before your billing cycle, your monthly commitment fee of existing postpaid Service plan shall be pro-rated from the date of the registration of the CORP.
         
  5. Supplementary Users
    1. Any supplementary lines under this Plan shall be registered under the Family™ Line and your Supplementary Users shall enjoy the Family™ Line subject to its terms and conditions.

    4. Important Notes:
      • Any VAS and/or OTT Mobile Content purchases e.g. Video Walla, Add On, Content (CMT/Games/Apps), IDD, roaming, Airtime Share etc. are not included in the usage commitment policy and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective VAS and/or OTT Mobile Content.
      • Upon full utilisation of the Internet Quota, Internet usage will be throttled to 64kpbs.
      • The Unlimited Calls apply to all networks and for domestic usages only (i.e. within Malaysian networks) excluding video calls, calls to toll-free numbers or numbers with special charges (i.e. 1-300/1-800/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, IDD calls to Singapore & IDD/border calls to Brunei).
      • This Plan is for standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/or non-personal usage. Non-standard usage includes but not limited to non-multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity Celcom considered to be non-standard usage.
      • You may purchase Video Walla Add On to enjoy Video Walla data plan. Usage of Video Walla shall be subject to its terms and conditions.
      • You are able to check your unutilized data, remaining validity period and e-billing through Celcom Life App.  
         
  7. Internet Service Package
    1. The Internet Service shall commence on the Activation date of the Plan and shall continue to be effective until the termination of the Plan.
    2. Your Internet Service package shall refer to the package in Clause 6.1 above.
    3. By subscribing to this MEGA Plan, you shall get 30 GB Internet per billing cycle. If you size up your Internet with Lightning M Pass, Lightning L pass or Lightning XL pass, you shall enjoy total of 40GB, 60GB or 100GB Internet, respectively as shown below:

    4. Upon full utilisation of the Internet Quota, you will receive an SMS notification reminder from Celcom.
    5. If you size up your MEGA Plan with Unlimited M pass or Unlimited L pass, you shall enjoy Unlimited HD video streaming and more or Unlimited Full HD video streaming and more, respectively. 
    6.  Internet usage of Unlimited M pass & Unlimited L pass are subject to Fair Usage Policy, to ensure fairness of usage and experience to all the Celcom’s subscribers. More info here 
    7. Tethering / hotspot is capped at different quota depending on the base and passes as mentioned above in Clause 6.2 per bill cycle for Unlimited pass/plan only. This shall only be applicable for Unlimited M & Unlimited L pass.
    8. Once tethering hit allowable quota within the bill cycle, tethering will be blocked till the next quota renew in the next bill cycle
    9. Upon your use of the Service shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy which is posted here. Celcom reserves the right to manage your allocated bandwidth including but not limited to reducing your surf speed, suspend or terminate your bandwidth to the internet service in accordance with Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy. 
           
  8. Ultra Hour Pass™
    1. Customer may subscribe to any of the following Ultra Hour Pass™ for Internet Add-On:

    2. During the active validity period of Ultra Hour Pass™ subscription, the Customer will be unable to perform any tethering / hotspot to another device(s) or desktop until the subscription expired.
    3. Upon each successful Subscription to the Ultra Hour Pass™, The Customer shall receive SMS notification from Celcom notifying the Customer of the successful subscription under respective Ultra Hour Pass™
    4. The usage of Ultra Hour Pass™ services shall be subject to its terms and conditions.
         
  9. Trade-In Internet
    1. The Trade-In internet is a collaboration with Boost and only applicable for customer who subscribe to MEGA™ + Lightning M Pass, MEGA™ + Lightning L Pass or MEGA™ + Lightning XL Pass.
    2. Trade-In unused Internet is not applicable to MEGA™ + Unlimited M Pass & MEGA™ + Unlimited L Pass.
    3. Customer only can trade-in after linking their Boost wallet via Celcom Life App.
    4. Each10GB of unused Internet to get cashback worth RM5 from Boost e-wallet.
    5. Each plan is Limited 1 (one) time of Trade-In per bill cycle. The plan must be active upon performing the Trade-In. 
    6.  In order to avoid immediate throttling after the Trade-in transaction, Customer must have minimum balance of 10.5GB unused Internet for the Trade-In. A minimum balance of 500MB is required after the Trade-In transaction. 
    7. Trade in not applicable for Internet Add-On, any bonus or free internet quota. 
    8. Terms & usage of Boost credits after the Trade-In will be govern by Boost’s T&C as published here

  11. Roaming 
    1. All roaming pass subscription will follow standard roaming business rule. Tethering will follow as per current flows for roaming and domestic. 
    2. When the customer travel to 12 countries, they will enjoy the Roam Like Home feature. However, there is capping per each plan based on bill cycle and will be refreshed upon new bill cycle. Below is list of eligible roaming pass for Roam Like Home:

    3. The usage of Add On services shall be subject to its terms and conditions.
    4. The Customer with Lightning M and Lightning L pass is subject to the roaming data allocation of their respective eligible Celcom Passport™ Subscription. The roaming usage will be drawn from the allocated allocation; and
    5. The Customer with Unlimited M pass and Unlimited L pass roaming speed experience is subject to same speed experience as the domestic plan with maximum capping of data allocation; and
    6. The domestic Internet quota shall be utilized once the roaming data allocation has reached 100% utilization;
    7. The Customer with Lightning XL pass is subject to FREE Roaming subscription with domestic Internet quota upon any data usage and Unlimited calls & SMS in selected 12 countries.
    8. The Internet service will be throttled once domestic Internet quota has reached 100% utilization.
    9. Maximum domestic Internet quota allocation allowed for roaming is 100GB. 
    10. All standard International roaming rates applies to the Customer with MEGA™ plans.

    1. For the avoidance of doubt, this Specific Terms and Conditions shall always be read together with the General Terms and Conditions as published here. In the event of inconsistency between this Specific Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the former shall prevail.
