Upfront Payment for the Bundle is subject to the broadband or device selected.

Who is eligible to enjoy the upfront payment waiver?

What happens if I terminate the line before my upfront payment is fully rebated? 
In the event of early termination, the upfront payment will be forfeited.

What is the penalty for this Bundle Program?

The penalty will be imposed based on your chosen bundle. The amount will be charged if the line is terminated within the contract period.

Is it mandatory to add-on the Office 365 Business Basic with my bundle?

No, it is optional.

Introduction 

By participating in the Program, the Customer (as herein defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with terms and conditions of Addendum Form and/or terms and conditions of the respective mobile/content service(s) offered and relevant to the Customer in respect of this Program.

Duration of Program

This Program has been made available for subscription from 12th August 2020 and shall continue to be available until further notice issued by Celcom. Any extension or discontinuation thereof shall be at the sole discretion of Celcom. 

Eligibility 

This Program shall be applicable to Corporate Official and Corporate Employee customers who subscribe to Celcom InternetGO for Business Plan via the following channels:

1. Account Manager and Channel Manager; or
2. Celcom VAPs Partners; or
3. Celcom Fulfilment Partners.

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

Note: Corporate Official refers to the companies who subscribe to Celcom plans to be used by the company staff.

For clarity purposes, this Program shall be applicable to new registrations only.

Program Mechanics

1. Customers are required to subscribe to Celcom InternetGO for Business Plans (“Subscription”) to be eligible for the bundle offer (as herein defined).
2. Each Customer shall only be entitled for one (1) unit of the broadband / device for each Subscription.
3. Customers Subscription will allow them to enjoy the following offering;

• Celcom InternetGO for Business 45

4. The Add-on Office 365 Business Basic is an optional offering for this program and subject to Terms and Conditions for Office 365 by Celcom.
5. The Customer(s) acknowledges and agrees that the broadband / device offer shall be subject to stock availability and on a first come, first served basis.
6. An early termination fee will be imposed when the Customer terminates the plan prior to expiry of the contract;
