6. Is Internet access required for Microsoft 365 & Onedrive for Business?
Internet access is required to install and activate all Microsoft 365 plans and to manage your subscription account. Internet connectivity is also required to access Microsoft 365 cloud productivity services, including email, conferencing, IT management, and other services.
Microsoft365 Business Standard includes the desktop version of Office, one of the benefits of having the desktop version of Office applications is that you can work offline and have the confidence that the next time you connect to the Internet all your work will automatically sync, so you never have to worry about your documents being up to date. Your desktop version of Office is also automatically kept up to date and upgraded when you connect to the Internet, so you always have the latest tools to help you work.
OneDrive for Business is useful for accessing your data from anywhere you have an internet connection as well as from various devices such as notebooks, smartphones, and tablets. OneDrive offers 1TB of storage as well as real-time collaboration.
7. Can OneDrive do real-time online collaboration?
Yes, OneDrive can do real-time online collaboration. You have to open the document in Office Web Apps.
When someone shares a Word document with you, the email you receive includes a link that opens the document in your web browser: in Word for the web. Select Edit Document > Edit in Browser.
If anyone else is working on the document, you'll see their presence and the changes they're making. We call this coauthoring, or real-time collaboration.
In the upper right hand corner, you will see when someone is also editing the file. You will see a flag while the other person is typing.
8. How do I set up OneDrive for Business?
If you have Windows 10, OneDrive is already installed on your PC. If you're using another version of Windows, install OneDrive to get started here.
9. What do I need to install anything in order to use Microsoft 365?
You don't need to install anything in order to use Microsoft 365. However, if you are on a Microsoft 365 Business Standard & Business Apps you will enjoy the latest features and capabilities with fully installed and always up-to-date versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint for Windows or Mac, OneNote and Access and Publisher (PC only).

10. What will happen to my data if I cancel my subscription?
You should save your data before you cancel. If you decide to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can download your data—for example, your email and documents on team sites—and save it to another location. After you cancel your subscription, data associated with your Microsoft 365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.

The Office 365 by Celcom (“Service”) is made available by Celcom to the Customer subject to these specific terms and conditions for the Service (“STC for Office 365”) which shall always be read together with the General Terms and Conditions for Celcom Enterprise Services (“GTC”) published on Celcom’s Website as of the Effective Date (as defined herein). Nothing in this STC for Office 365 shall be construed as limiting any other rights Celcom may have under the Agreement unless specifically stated otherwise. This Agreement shall come into effect on the date of execution of the SAF by Parties (“Effective Date”) and shall continue to be in force until its termination or expiry in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Customer may refer to the frequently asked questions (“FAQ’s“).
“Service” means the Office 365 by Celcom Service which comprises Microsoft Office 365 Business Essential and Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium with the option to register a domain name at a monthly fee; and
“User” refers to any person nominated and authorized by the Company to use the Service.
