Once you have fully utilized FREE Video Walla™, further Internet usage will be deducted from your Weekday Internet quota.  In order of priority, your Internet usage will be deducted as below:

How do I know when the AnydayGB™ service has merged both Weekday and Weekend internet in the next billing cycle?

You can check your Internet balance from the Celcom Life App or by sending BAL STATUS to 28882. The combined Internet quota will be reflected under Weekday Internet.

 

Can I use my Malaysian Internet quota while roaming?

No. Your Malaysian Internet quota is applicable for domestic use only.  However, you may subscribe to Roaming Pass to enjoy Roam Like Home.

 

What is Roam Like Home and what does it offer?

Roam Like Home is a feature that allows you to enjoy Malaysian Internet quota upon fully utilizing your roaming quota while you’re travelling abroad. At the moment, you can enjoy this feature in 12 countries: Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.

 

Is there a prepaid plan for Regional Seasonal CI Plan?

Prepaid plan for Regional Seasonal CI Plan is not available.

 

Can I, as a foreigner subscribe to this plan?

Yes, as a foreigner working under Regional Seasonal CI Plan list, a deposit of RM500 is required.

 

What happens if I terminate my plan?

Termination within the contract period will trigger a penalty. Any termination after contract period will not have any penalty impact.

 

Is my device warranty under a mobile plan covered by Celcom?

No. You may refer to the phone manufacturer for warranty coverage and claim.

 

How do I check on my account details such as Internet, calls, SMS balance, roaming balance, bills details, as well as pay bills, reload, get PUK code, purchase add-ons and perform other services?

You can download the Celcom Life App from Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).

Introduction

This Promotion shall be read together with and subject to the general terms and conditions for Celcom Business Mobile postpaid plans (“General Terms and Conditions”) and the Specific Terms and Conditions for Celcom Mobile Gold (“Specific Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this terms and conditions, the General Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms and Conditions, this terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

For the purpose of this terms and conditions, all capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the General Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms and Conditions. All other terms not defined herein shall have the meaning as may generally be accepted within the industry based on the context used herein.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

Duration of Promotion

This Promotion shall commence from 3rd August  2021 until 30th September 2021 (“Promotion Period”). Any extension or discontinuation thereof shall be at the sole discretion of Celcom.

 

Eligibility

This Promotion shall be applicable to employees from 135 eligible companies selected by Celcom (herein after defined as “Customers”).

For clarity purposes, this Promotion shall also be applicable to Customers in the following categories:

  • Existing customers; or
  • New customers; or
  • Mobile Number Portability (MNP) customers; or
  • Prepaid to Postpaid

 

Promotion Mechanics

1. Customers will be notified on the Promotion via Electronic Direct Mailer (“EDM”) initiated by respective company’s representative through intranet, e-mail, flyers, and the respective company’s internal social media platforms. Celcom reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit.

2. In order to participate in this Promotion, Customers need to carry out the following steps and/or activations:

Customer clicks on ‘Learn more’ button to land on dedicated microsite as made available at https://business.celcom.com.my/corporate/exclusive-promo/manufacturing-campaign

Step 2

Pick the selected Celcom Mobile Gold plan or device plan from the list (“Subscription”)

Step 3

Fill up the required details on the Registration of Interest (“ROI”) page

 
 

3. The Customers will be contacted by Celcom’s representative within one (1) working day once ROI is successfully submitted. The Customers are required to submit the following documents, including but not limited to, once contacted by Celcom’s representatives for registration purpose:

  • Customer's company identification card; and
  • Employment confirmation letter from the company

For clarification, Celcom reserves its right to verify the documents using any method it deems fit.

4. The SIM Card will be delivered to the Customers via courier within fourteen (14) working days after documents stated in clause 3 are successfully submitted to Celcom’s representatives. For clarification, the device offered under the Device Bundle will be separately delivered to the Customers within fourteen (14) working days via courier after the date of Activation of the Service.

6. Customers are bound to a twelve (12) months or twenty-four (24) months contract period (“Contract Period”) from the date of the Activation of the Service based on respective Subscription. Upon expiry of the Contract Period, the Subscription shall revert back to the existing Celcom Mobile Gold plan and subject to the rates and charges as stated in the Specific Terms and Conditions for Celcom Mobile Gold.

7. In the event of early termination before the Contract Period, Customers shall pay the termination fee (“Early Termination Fee”) as stated herein.

8. Customers are not allowed to perform Change of Rate Service (“CORP”) or register for any supplementary line during the Contract Period.

9. For any enquiries, the Customers may dial 1111 from their Celcom mobile number or email to support@celcom.com.my.

 

General questions

1. Celcom reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Promotion with prior notice to the Customers.

2. Celcom’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.

3. Celcom shall not be liable for any claim by the Promotion or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to direct or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.

4. Celcom disclaims any liability for loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.

5. The Customers acknowledges and agrees that Celcom reserves the rights to disqualify any entry if the Customers is in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this Promotion. Notwithstanding the above, Celcom reserves the right to reject any entry or the Customers at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

6. Celcom does not take any responsibility in the event Customers is prevented from participating in the Promotion, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations or force majeure which include but not limited to regulatory and/or government directive, act of God etc.

7. Any photographs, personal information and names submitted for the Promotion, service marks, trade names, trademarks are the property of Celcom.

8. Celcom reserves the right, at its absolute discretion to use the names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Promotion for publicity, advertising, trade or Promotion purposes in any media without first obtaining any consent or making any payment whatsoever to the Customers.

9. Except as expressly mentioned herein, Celcom shall not be responsible for any expenses and cost including out-of-pocket expenses related to or as a consequence of participating in this Promotion.

10. All devices offered under this Promotion are not transferable for cash or in kind and shall be subject to availability of stock. Celcom reserves the right to substitute and replace the devices offered with another devices of equal value or higher value as Celcom deems fit.

11. Celcom disclaims any warranties or liabilities for the merchantability of the devices under this Promotion. The warranties applicable for the devices are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer or supplier of the devices.

12. In the event any of these terms and conditions is invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

13. No delay or indulgence by Celcom in enforcing any terms or conditions herein shall constitute waiver by Celcom of the Customer’s breach of these terms and conditions.
