Can I, as a foreigner subscribe to this plan?
Yes, as a foreigner working under The Lion Group and its Subsidiaries, you can subscribe to The Lion Group CelcomDigi Mobile plan but an RM500 foreigner deposit is applicable.
What happens if I terminate my plan?
Termination within the contract period will trigger the penalty. Any termination after the contract period will not have any penalty impact.
Does my device warranty under a mobile plan get covered by CelcomDigi?
No. You may refer to the phone manufacturer for warranty coverage and claim.
How do I check account details such as the Internet, calls, SMS balance, roaming balance, and bills details, as well as pay bills, reload, get PUK code, purchase add-ons and perform other services?
You can download the CELCOM LIFE APP from Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).

General T&C for Celcom Enterprise Services
The Service (as hereinafter defined) is made available by Celcom subject to these general terms and conditions for Celcom’s Enterprise Services (“General Terms and Conditions” or “GTC”) and the specific terms and conditions of each Service (“Specific Terms and Conditions” or “STC”) that the Customer subscribes to. The Customer acknowledges that Customer has read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions (as hereinafter defined). In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version (if any) of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
