How to Register?
The registration can be done directly in the microsite. From the EDM, click on the microsite link and fill in the details. Compulsory documents for staff to attach- screenshot of staff ID.

Can I use my Malaysian Internet quota while roaming?
No. Your Malaysian Internet quota is applicable for domestic use only. However, you may subscribe to Roaming Pass to enjoy Roam Like Home.

 

What is Roam Like Home and what does it offer?
Roam Like Home is a feature that allows you to enjoy Malaysian Internet quota upon fully utilizing your roaming quota while you’re travelling abroad. At the moment, you can enjoy this feature in 12 countries: Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal (Only applicable for MEGA™ Lightning 128 and MEGA™ Lightning 158).

 

Is there a prepaid plan for airasia ride Celcom Mobile plan ?
Prepaid plan for airasia ride Celcom Mobile plan is not available.

 

Can I, as a foreigner subscribe to this plan?
Yes, as a foreigner working under airasia ride and its Subsidiaries you can subscribe for airasia ride Celcom Mobile plan but RM500 foreigner deposit is applicable

 

What happens if I terminate my plan?
Termination within contract period will trigger penalty. Any termination after contract period will not have any penalty impact.

 

Does my device warranty under a mobile plan covered by Celcom?
No. You may refer to the phone manufacturer for warranty coverage and claim.

 

How do I check on account details such as Internet, calls, SMS balance, roaming balance, bills details, as well as pay bills, reload, get PUK code, purchase add-ons and perform other services?
You can download the CELCOM LIFE APP from Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).

Terms and Conditions for Celcom Business Mobile Plan – AirAsia Ride Sdn Bhd (“AAR”) (“Promotion”)

 

Introduction

This Promotion is held by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (Company No. 27910-A) (“Celcom”). By participating in the Promotion, the Customer (as herein defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with terms and conditions of Customer Registration Form (CRF) and/or terms and conditions for the respective mobile/content service(s) offered and relevant to the Customer in respect of this Promotion as published at https://www.celcom.com.my/legal/terms-and-conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and CRF and/or terms and conditions for the respective mobile/content service(s), such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order
(i) these terms and conditions
(ii) terms and conditions of CRF and/or the respective mobile/content service(s).

 

Duration of Promotion

The Promotion shall commence from 1st October 2022 until 31st March 2023 (“Promotion Period”). Any extension or discontinuation thereof shall be subject to the sole discretion of Celcom.

 

Eligibility

1. This Promotion shall be applicable to the Customer (as herein defined) who subscribe to the device bundle program (“Device Bundle Plan”):

  • airasia ride employees :
    a) with valid Staff ID card as identification card; or
    b) with valid Original Staff Business Card as Business card; or/and
    c) Staff salary proof and
    d) With valid MyKad (front and back) as identification card (“ID”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”)

2. Subject to clause 1 above, this Promotion is applicable to Customers in the following categories:

  • a) new Registration
  • Mobile Number Portability (MNP) customers
  • Change Rate Plan (CRP); and
  • P2P

For clarity, MNP Customers are required to be successfully port-in to Celcom before they are eligible for any offerings under this Promotion.

 

Promotion Mechanics

1. Customers will be notified of the Promotion via email (EDM), SMS Blast and WhatsApp Blast for airasia ride employees, riders as well as drivers. Celcom reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit.

2. In order to participate in this Promotion, the Customer must carry out the following steps:

Step 1: Customer shall receive the EDM from Human Resources Department. Details of the Promotion are in EDM and Customer must click on microsite link https://business.celcom.com.my/testpage/corporate/exclusive-promo/airasia (airasia ride Microsite) for more details.
Step 2: Celcom Business for airasia ride Microsite will appear
Step 3: Choose Plan/Device and click ‘Get it Now”
Step 4: Fill in ROI form and click SUBMIT

3. Customers are only allowed to subscribe to one (1) device bundle under one (1) Malaysian ID (reference to Malaysian ID includes NRIC/ Old IC/ Military ID/ Army ID) for each line registered during Promotion Period.

4. The Customers acknowledge and agree that if the Customers subscribe to a plan with free device or upgraded device (“Device”), the Device is subject to availability of stock and on a first come, first served basis. For clarity, Customer is required to pay additional amount for an upgraded device.

5. The Customers are bound by a twenty-four (24) months’ contract and the terms and conditions of the plan subsribed. Penalty will be charged if the Customers wish to upgrade or downgrade the plan during the twenty-four (24) months’ period.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Celcom reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice to the Customer herein stated and the Customer shall be bound to observe, perform, and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof.

2. Celcom’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.

3. Celcom shall not be liable for any claim by the Customer or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.

4. Celcom disclaims any liability for loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.

5. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Celcom reserves the rights to disqualify any participation if the Customer is in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this Promotion. Notwithstanding the above, Celcom reserves the right to reject any participation or the Customer at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

6. Celcom does not take any responsibility in the event the Customer is prevented from participating in the Promotion, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure which including but not limited to regulatory and/or government directive, act of God etc.

7. All photographs, personal information and names submitted in the Promotion, service marks, trade names, trademarks are the property of Celcom.

8. Except as expressly mentioned herein, Celcom shall not be responsible for any expenses and cost including out-of-pocket expenses related to or as a consequence of participating in this Promotion.

9. The content for the Promotion is provided by a third party. Celcom does not filter or edit such content. The Customer acknowledges that Celcom is under no obligation to censor the content or information provided. Celcom disclaims all liability in relation to the content provided.

10. In the event any of the provision in these terms and conditions is invalid, illegal, and unenforceable under any applicable law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

11. No delay or indulgence by Celcom in enforcing any terms or conditions herein shall constitute waiver by Celcom of the Customer’s breach of these terms and conditions.

12. The terms and conditions herein shall be construed and governed by the laws of Malaysia. In case of a dispute, the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
